Out of ice in the dining area , out of mild sauce packets , I had the Mexican pizza an soft tacos . The food was decent . Dining room smelled bad and wasn’t very clean . Also had a huge water leak or something bc water was standing under the counter an out into the dining area. Staff doing great though , friendly an maybe just under staffed .

Maybe im a little byest being a former kmack manager but as far as the friendlyness and professionalisem of the staff definitly spot on but between quility of the food and store hygeen definitly not empressed the food tasts like food safty is not being done since products tast spoiled the beritos are sloppy and look crushed orders are not exactly fallowed with spacific instructions ie no vegsibles and store clenlyness i mean come on guys a dirty dinning room and descuting restrooms now i worked with most these guys and there great people but standerds need to be put higer by just a tad

Went to this taco bell two days ago ordered 3 beef burrito supremes one soft taco and a medium diet Pepsi upon driving up to the window and paying for food and getting the food they handed me a small diet Pepsi I ordered a medium the dude Gave me a attitude and got mouthy with me saying you told me small I said no I didn't but I wasn't going to argue it's whatever Im not returning to this place again I'll make my food at home and order Chinese

NEVER had an order correct. The young boy who works in there had an attitude when we brought the order back! We even ordered it two hours in advance, so they had plenty of time to get it right this time!!

Been there twice. By far the best T Bell around. Much better than both in Marion. By a mile.

they don’t have beef most the time it seems customer service is very poor guy at the drive thru was so high had to repeat our order 3x multiple bad experiences here ….

Welcomed us to taco bell he did great on taking orders fast and food was right also no time at all we was out of there . They did a great job.

Sometimes get the food right hot or with in a speedy time but honestly what fast food in this area does that anymore.
