Had me waiting for over an hour. Manager no where in site. They told me the frier was down and would be about 10 min wait. Turned out to be 45 min wait. Then tell me the frier broke and they would substitute the frier items with 2 five layer burritos, but no they didn't have me two plain tacos and the cook had to come ask me 3 times what is my order. Besides that the cooks working in back had there hair or fake weave all out not covered, they in back laughing while I'm waiting. Then when they finally give me my food. They forgot the drinks I told they what drinks and they said if it out we ain't got it. So I asked the cashier if my order was right and she said she don't know she isn't the cook. Please don't waste your time here better off somewhere else that is faster with better food and service.
Had to repeat my entire order and they still messed it up when I got to the window. Then I got crunchy tacos that were totally soggy and broke apart so it was more like a taco salad then a taco. So I wrote to corporate and they sent me a coupon to get something free when I buy something. Twice I’ve gotten crunchy tacos and twice they were soggy and broken so why would I pay more money. Trash and the coupon to buy something makes it even worse really.
Worst taco bell ever. can't follow the hours they have posted on their doors or online, always forgets multiple order items, employees are usually messing around in the back rather than making people's food, everything is always either out or broken. They focused so much on their interior remodel that they forgot how to teach proper service.
I love taco bell, but this place was horrible, employess were simply careless, not at all customer friendly, loud music playing in back, food was not prepared correctly at all. When I told the person he said because you grilled the burritos that's why, I've been eating for 20 years at taco bell, the worst services at all. Than he said receipt paper was out so could not even do the review. While we were eating one of the employees s friends comes over and loud.
I ordered today and last week and both times my food poorly made. Last week my chicken chalupas were barely toasted, they forgot my drink, and gave me no sauce. This time my chalupas were thrown together with hardly no chicken at all. I never usually ever complain but this is ridiculously bad.
Waited in the drive through with no response for 15 minutes while actively seeing FOUR employees inside eating and joking around. When they decided to come to the microphone, they told me they're closed and refused service. This was at 6:30p on a Monday.
Worst management team in the Taco Bell franchise. They continue to hire inarticulate young people to work the drive through, and fail to train and monitor those team members on how to speak clearly. Always check your order verbally and visually at the pickup window. Most likely something will be missing.
45 minutes in the drive thru for the order to be wrong. And once a car is behind you, you’re stuck waiting. This was at 10:30PM, not lunch hour. Many reviews say this, but maybe one more will cause the owners to care. Likely not.
