Went at 10:00 PM - hours state open til 4 am. Appeared to be close by turning off the lights. Menu wasn’t lit up making it hard to see. Asked if they could turn it on as I could not see menu. They said they could not because lights were out. Asked if I could see an accessible menu - states “umm we don’t have those”. Ok? Asked for a mangers name and male cashier says Robbie J. Asked when he will be in and replies “I think tomorrow night” I also asked for my receipt and they said they couldn’t because no paper? What is going on here. Thanks for the no help. Poor attitudes, poor service.
Who ever runs this place now is horrible. We ordered the new tacos that came Out and this is what we got! Not even edible just disgusting smh
I'm sure the food would be delicious if I received what I ordered. In person or online ordering, it's pretty much the same. Hopefully their staff turns things around. I miss Taco Bell.
No diaper changing table in men’s or women’s restroom. When I asked if I could talk to the manager they were polite but could not even tell me who to talk to to request one be put in.
This Taco Bell absolutely sucks and whoever operates it should be embarrassed. Half of the time there are no employees working, and the other half, the service is so slow they might as well not be there. If you can't maintain this location, then close it.
If their lobby has seperate hours they should be visible to customers. Tried to dine in at 7:30 when hours on the door say lobby open till 11. Doors locked, no sign. Does management even know this happens?? Ownership should be embarrassed of their stores reputation.
Was there at 10:30 tonight. The lights were out but we could see a bunch of people inside so we went through the drive thru and were told we had to order inside, use the kiosk, and pay with cash only. No explanation why. We ordered over $50 worth of food. Three workers made our stuff so it was fast but they stuffed everything in one bag, with the crunchy stuff on the bottom. Crunchy tacos were soggy and smashed, my Mexican pizza was on the very bottom, smashed and soggy. I would've driven back and requested a refund but we had just flew back in town from vacation and were exhausted. Never again! Learn how to pack to go orders so they don't get ruined!
Worst taco bell ive ever been to. I pull up to the drive thru and was told to come inside to best assist me. I go inside and they tell me to help myself ordering on the Kiosk and let them know if i need assist. The whole time the girl with headphones for the drive thru ordering is playing videos on her phone. OMG who manages these people and how is this place even in business still.
