I placed an online order and had arrived after 10 minutes of placing. Upon arrival was told it would be a “30-40 minute wait”. When I had asked why it’s gonna take that long I was told “the food cause we’re short staffed”. Mind you, it’s 20 degrees out so I was essentially asked to wait 40 minutes in the cold just for 4 items. When asked for clarification what actually takes 30 minutes I was met with another lady who told me she would take care of it. I had received my food within 5 minutes. The food I had gotten was completely inedible and cold. The fries were full of grease, soggy, and cold. My Doritos taco supreme was mostly lettuce, stale, and cold. My chicken chipotle burrito was old, soggy, and had a stale tortilla. Not to mention my spicy potato taco was so old that I wouldn’t even feed it to a raccoon. Even my 8 year old son thought the food was gross and we had to throw it away. Completely ridiculously and disrespectful. As someone who is food safety management certified in Indiana, I can say with confidence that serving food in that condition is going to lead to someone getting sick. This was on 11/19 at 12:30 am. The second lady and the guy at the window were nice though. I understand they are short staffed, but I would’ve waited 15 minutes for food I could’ve actually ate, not 40.
Bro….what is this…..0 stars. Nuff said. Don’t go here. For reference this is a chipotle chicken burrito, 2 chicken quesadillas, a Crunchwrap……and a Doritos locos taco….bro I’m so sad what is this…….homie even said “ENJOY”
I don't get TB very often but I got lunch here twice in the past month. Honestly the staff during weekday lunch times are very nice to interact with and very quick. The place is clean. A lot of other places in Highland/Griffith area suck for service so I wanted to share that these guys do a great job. It's highly appreciated.
Order a hard taco and some soft tacos all supremes got chips and cheese when I got my hard taco it was broken it was a mess then the soft tacos had sour cream only on one side of the taco plus the soft tacos were so soggy you couldn't eat them the chips that I ordered only come with 5 chips in the bag and the cheese was only half of the container
I swear, I walked in and the way that the cashier Chlöe greeted me put a smile on my face. She updated me on my pick-up instantly the expedited the assembly personally to get me out of the door I was shocked she wasn't a manager. She SHOULD be
I try time after time with this place and am always SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED. Management is no help WHEN they answer the phones, they usually don’t. Don’t waste your time or money here. They don’t know how to read tickets to make food.
Do NOT get doordash from this location if you can help it! Just waited 40 minutes for our order, they told the dasher it was picked up two hours prior.. mind you that was the second dasher they assigned me that I spoke to, so I’m gonna say it’s safe to assume they told the first dasher the same thing.. a total flat out lie, they clearly didn’t feel like making our order. If I could give them 0 stars I would. And to think, I told my husband this would happen, and it did. Not surprising whatsoever for this location.
Absolutely disgusted by the food I received over doordash it wasn't made correctly and it made me puke! Wasn't what I ordered whatsoever, their is obvious cross contamination within the ingredients. I am A Safeserv certified Assistant General manager of another company and We Would Never give such contaminated garbage to A customer EVER! I will be calling the Health department!
