Terrible service i door dash and went to pick up a meal and someone has stole it so I sat for two hours trying to get this lady’s food but they refused to give it to me or remake it I had to run a bunch of gas out driven in circles around the drive thru cuz the inside was closed i trines for hours and never could get this lady’s food and after I finished my dashing I went back to get my self some food and while waiting for my food a young girl makes a comment “ Omg That girl is still here what’s wrong with her omg she’s crazy !! Totally disrespectful totally unprofessional they have nothing but a bunch of children working at night and the manager for the shift os also a child and they really need someone more responsible and to hold there employees accountable for such behavior and the fact that they messed up and gave my order to someone else that wasn’t my fault nor the customer or doordash but yet the customer and myself was the ones that had to suffer that is wrong I’ve never herd such rules be told . Ya the manager said he couldn’t give me the order that someone already picked it up and he couldn’t remake it unless it was reordered and doordash repaid for it and everything but they still didn’t fix it so I’m still aggravated it’s been days since it happened but I’m so sick of dealing with Taco Bell it’s always something of the food is terrible . It's happened more than half the times I buy food it's reheated old food or most of it's missing or something !

It was like any other fast food order. Order food, pay, get food. This time though I was greeted and talked to like I was there. Good job. Remember customers like to be appreciated.. remember to smile and say hi

I like the food at this taco bell better than the others in town. The food always looks nice and taste better. I'm sure it is all the same but the way you prepare food does make a difference in the taste. I would pay double for a higher quality but same tasting taco bell.

One of the better taco bells in the tri-city area, always quick and friendly. Glad the volcano menu is back, wish they would keep them on the menu!

I am highly disappointed with my most recent visit to this particular taco bell. So I went through the drive thru and ordered a quesadilla meal with baja blast and a deluxe cravings box. They inform me there is no baja blast...ok...the Mt dew. So I get home, because I am tired and just got off work....and there is no cheese for the fries! No grilled cheese burrito! And no Chalupa! Which is what it comes with as advertised! Instead I got a beefy five layer and a loco taco. Oh and I had to pay 20 dollars for this meal. And don't get me wrong that's not a lot......but for someone who works part time...that is a lot!!! I expect to get what I pay for regardless if it's $1 or $100. Oh and to top it all off...they did NOT offer me my receipt!

Food is something that fills your stomach that's about it service sucks. Not friendly just empty body's walking around. 1 meal and I ordered all chicken low and behold they screwed that up can't eat there beef makes me sick. What do I get a taco with beef on the bottom and 4 pieces of chicken on top. Took it back got ignored until I had to get someone's attention. The person fixed it and sat it on the counter walked away.

Very disappointed. The only good thing about this experience was the friendly cashier. We ordered 4 Supreme soft tacos and 1 Crunchwrap Supreme and there was hardly any meat on any of them and I mean hardly any meat! The sour cream was put on one end and was oozing out and there was hardly any lettuce and tomatoes as well. Will never order from this Taco Bell again.

Order was slightly off. (Not prepared well), and had to remind them I had a drink.
