It took them 15 minutes to take my order after I walked in. After I ordered my food, I then waited for 45 minutes to actually get it. There were cars filling the drive through and about 15 of us all waiting for our food inside. This is by far the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to.

I ordered my food inside. After about 10 minutes the girl the room my order went on her 30 minute break. I was still waiting when she got back. In total I waited in the store 55 minutes for my order! They were only going to give me coupons when I brought it up at 40 minutes. I can't believe it took another 25 to get me my food and a refund. What a joke! Drive thru times were great I'm sure. I've been managing restaurants for 20 years and I would have made sure that the guest was better taken care of when a mistake was made. It's doubtful I'll ever go back and I'll be the first person to tell every one I know about this experience. Online and in person. I have little faith that taco bell will care enough to do anything about it

Ordered on the app. Everything looks correct on the screen as well as the app. I trusted the people to do their job. I guess I put too much trust into them. Should have checked my order before driving off..... Missing a lot of food... Tried calling. No answer. Probably best anyways, don't want spit in my food.

Should i expect a bunch of teenagers behind the counter talking smack at each other and making comments that don't belong in a restaurant? No. It was uncalled for and loud enough we could all hear those comments. And slow. I could have walked to Arby's and back before we got food. Food tasted ok. But I won't be going back. It was mostly clean. No idea how long the guy in front of us waited for his food.

Terrible all around. If they don't lose your order they will definitely take at least an hour. Obviously this store needs some serious changes such as actually training their employees to take simple orders

I love Taco Bell but Christ the amount of times I have had items forgotten, completely made wrong, and more. I ordered through the mobile app about a half hour in advance of when I had planned on being there and had to wait another hour for my food as they had lost my order and then wanted me to pay again even though I had paid through the app and had to show them I had already paid. It was a nightmare.

I love the food it's Awesome. definitely could use better customer service, they where very rude to me. I hate making a bad reviews on places customer service. but it was so bad here I'm really sorry taco bell. I'll come by again sometime a give it another shot.

Really like the accuracy and willingness to do better. If I had any complaints it would be the lack of decent pricing. Something today might cost you a couple bucks more the. It did yesterday. Still at the end of a night out; taco bell is always a solid choice
