Horribly understaffed for a Saturday night... didn't start my mobile order until I finally brought up that I had been waiting in store (5 minutes after ordering) an additional 20. Fiesta potatoes were burnt. Will drive further now for better food/service.
Incredibly slow service, took 15-20 minutes to get the food even though they were not crowded. The employees were inattentive and basically every food item we ordered was cold. The cheesy roll up was barely cooked, soft taco was cold, everything was cold or lukewarm, except the nacho cheese.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I was stuck in the drive thru line tonight for almost 25 minutes waiting for $5 worth of food… People behind me literally got out of their cars and walked up to the front of the line to see why no one was moving. It’s not fair to hold your customers hostage in a drive thru they can’t get out of and not even offer an apology! I don’t know why I thought building upgrades would also equal better service but I should’ve known… Won’t EVER make that mistake again!
Had to wait forever to get our order. Come to find out, it was because they were fixing drive-thru orders they had messed up and had a lobby full of people waiting on their food. Wouldn't recommend it if you wanted to order and go. you must have tons of patience and endless time to go to the goddard taco bell.
Supposed to be open until 10 p.m. drive through closed before 9:20. This date is December 5th 2021.
Not fast food. This location will take an order and fill it before moving onto the next. All while cars line the drive thru. This is the slowest location ever! Plus you get boxed in and have to wait 30minutes plus to order a taco. Inside I counted five people working. No need to be this slow.
I drove all the way home to Goddard after work because everything said they were open until midnight. I pulled into the drive-thru at 11:17 and everything was dark and no one was there to take my order. I drove up to the window and even the sticker on the window said open until midnight. If I would have known they were closed I would have stopped somewhere else.
No employees, they made us order at the kiosk. 30 min later still didn’t have food. I asked for a refund and she said they can’t give refunds because their wasn’t a manager or lead available. Asked for my receipt to get a refund later and she said she couldn’t give me a receipt. I left without food and no refund. Welcome to $15/hr for minimum wage. This is what you get. We won’t be back
