Normally this taco bell is great. However today was 100% different. Made my order in the app ahead of time. Got there waited 35 min in line, and then after i leave i find out my coworkers entire order was wrong. Not even close to what he ordered, and my order had missing items.... really hope this doesnt continue at this location...

Seems like every time I go, they manage to over charge for something or get my order a little wrong. But they always fix the issue and are very polite (to my face anyways haha) and we end up laughing it off. The food has never disappointed (except when they leave onions on the bean burritos I ordered WITHOUT onions lol). Staff is pretty friendly and service is quick.

Stopped in Globe Az. Have never stopped here before all the times I've been to Globe. The person I was with said the bathrooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. I found it to be true. Never would I just stop and use the facilities of a restaurant without purchasing something, so I did and it was surprisingly good. As far as fast food goes.

I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes. I saw 2 employees in the back. One looked at me then moved out of site. I waited another minute and decided they must not want my business. So I left. The service is usually ok, but this time was non-existent.

Taco Bell has surprised up their game. I would still consider it fast food and try to avoid places like it, with that said, this place has greatly improved. They are complete transparent about their food calorie count, offer decent alternatives for lower calorie and healthier options. Surprisingly, the options are pretty tasty and filling! If your in a pinch or a rush, I would recommend this joint for eating. Their dining room and bathrooms are truly clean.

I ordered to go 3 soft taco supreme and a large soda cost me $10.10 No cheese, no lettuce and only one taco had sour cream if you want to say that considering it was in the wrapper not in the soft taco shell. All three put together the ingredients didn't even make one taco but the best part is I got food poisoning from Taco Bell I was already on the road heading to Show Low before I realized what I had gotten and there was no way I was turning around and going back I will never ever again go to Taco Bell anywhere in the country because of this store. I've been going to Taco Bell for 40 years they just lost me as a customer.

Went to drive thru in the evening time and the night manager gave a really bad attitude towards me. Didn't appreciate it at all. And on top of it, she was trying not to laugh in my face when I approached her about her big attitude towards me. Then trying to buy me off wit free stuff. No just fix your attitude towards customers!!!

The food is Taco Bell, but the prep. people make me a Taco John's knock off item so I tip them well. Smiley staff from early morning to late at night.
