Never coming to this location again. Taco Bell has become very stingy with the amount of ingredients they put inside the meal. The burrito was paper thin with little filling and the chalupa was only half full. No one should be getting a half-made food that you have paid the full price for. The workers should be trained to properly prepare our meals because this is just unethical. Like I always say, DO NOT work customer service if you hate serving customers.

Normally, I love Taco Bell. But this location has changed my opinion. The employees are rude. They obviously cannot read the order screens correctly because my order was wrong, despite being correct on the screen when we ordered. The guy running the drive thru didn't give us our drink till we asked for it. My potatoes were stale and cold, my tacos were wrong, and my burrito had beans in it, which I cannot eat.

No respect for carrier drivers. Drove 5 miles to pick up an Uber Eats order. Once I arrived at the drive through, the employee Oscar, said he didn’t have the order in their system and that he passed the order off to somebody a few cars ago. I asked him if he can re make it since the restaurant made a mistake and gave it to the wrong person. (It was a Mexican pizza and a drink) He was extremely dismissive, kept repeating its already been passed off, and overall rude when I tried to come to a solution. The order had to be cancelled and in the end, I lost money, the customer never received their order, and as a frequent Taco Bell customer. I will NEVER come to this location. I am going to contact corporate in regards to their employees lack of resolve and customer service on the early Morning of May 7th at 2:20 AM. I get you’re getting paid minimum wage Oscar, and the job isn’t easy but at least try to be a somewhat decent human being. I am a broke college student who does this to survive.

They just tossed all the food we ordered into the bag. Chips were all over, the cinnamon twists were all over the bag. They got the order wrong and forgot items.

Ordered bean chalupa no name of beans instead get lettuce, and cheese, got beans burritos no beans just lettuce ordered 2 chalupa and 4 burritos got 3 packets of sauce

It's a Taco Bell, you know what you're getting. But service is good and food is fresh, never forgotten any of my order.

people here are friendly and quick. drive thru is fast and easy! this location is my 2nd home fr

Always double check your order before leaving. I've been shorted one item at least twice this year. Edit 2/28/22 third time this year they have forgotten items. Got home to three items missing. Called and was told they just forgot. I've worked food service. It's not hard to count items before handing out for drive thru Edit July 2023: whatever issues they had seem to be fixed. Haven't had a missing item in a while. Even had a few occasions where I had items in my bag I didn't order.
