Like that they have most menu items available, no matter what time. Don’t like the customer service. I’ll order the cravings box. They hand them to me and EVERY single time that I ask for a bag they say they don’t have any for it. But with me having this prob every time I know to ask for their bigger bag. Paper, plastic doesn’t matter, just give me a bag 😣 Then they’re rude. I ordered an iced cinnabun coffee with no ice, they let me know that they just add ice to the hot coffee. Decided not to get it. That must have been the joke of the day because when I got to the window, I heard someone asking who ordered an iced coffee with no ice. Me! Why?

Expect to receive little to no customer service at the front counter. I believe the lack of customer service at the front counter is to force their customers into using their new kiosk machine, smh. Most, if not all employees, including the store manager, or unprofessional. Their uniforms look like they haven’t been washed in weeks. The regional manager needs to clean house and start fresh with a new management team/ staff immediately. I don’t know what happened but after the pandemic, poor customer service has become the norm. And people have become very rude.

This location barely missed a beat - our food was made exactly as requested and was hands-down the best Taco Bell we’ve ever had. Only forgot the sauces, but we’re not even upset. (One frozen drink was out of stock, but that’s not a problem either) They were quick and polite - we appreciated the quick and cheap dinner while traveling through the area with three picky teenagers.

Negative stars x 1 Had the drive thru speaker "team member" talking to my headlight as I couldn't pull up yet to order. Wasnt gonna try to yell over my hood to tell them. They'll figure it out, feel stupid and dont want to point out the absurdity of their action. Get to speaker they ignore me, let me sit. Are they mad? Get to window they dont really gush with cust svc or talk, weird guy stares, shuts window in face. Had to ask for receipt just like last time. Got home was 100% wrong food again and was all nasty cheesed up wraps with only cheese inside AGAIN and hot sauce. Spilt hot sauce cup was inside bag. Overcharged for what I got by far, ripped off again. Check ur bags people! Oh and someone tell them to not get offended when the headlights don't respond. So unnecessary all of it. It's every visit to this one. Back to boycotting this store again. Take my MOney elsewhere AGAIN

A good place to go for a quick bite. Food is good, customer service is good, place looks good and is in a central location next to Lowes. I love their bean burritos and taco salad! (#VegetariansEatOut2 😜). It’s a busy store for drive through but inside is not too busy. Great offerings! Plus they can get you food in their drive through and via grub hub!

This Taco Bell is fairly good. Staff is always nice and fast service. They forgot my spicy potato tacos one time but other than that it’s a good place.

The food just isn't on point anymore, like somethings just always wrong. Either the wraps are so crunchy is ruins the burrito or the soft shells get soggy.

Place used to be dirt cheap but not anymore. I enjoy stopping in occasionally I like Mexican food grilled steak burrito is my favorite.
