Helpful and friendly staff. We were greeted when we came in, and they let us know right away that the counter person would not be in till 11, and we were welcome to use the automated kiosks to place order now. Food was accurate and good. Staff helped others while we're were there, including some who had issues with the kiosk. They were friendly and professional the whole time. Restaurant also clean and well maintained

I had all kinds of issues after I ordered. The kiosk lost my order. Then when the employees managed to find it part of the details we’re missing (like extra sauces and such). The employees worked through all the problems and made it right. The food was great. Hot and fresh. Would highly recommend this place.

Poor and slow service, inattention to customer request, and strange operating hours for the lobby. These issues are consistent over multiple trips too. Management here needs to be replaced pretty clearly. My standards for fast food are low, and this location still trips on the bar.

If you're stopping by any time after 8pm, you might as well give up and go somewhere else. I work nights, and I try to get food on the way home. In the last 2 weeks I've been told: they're only serving regular tacos and burritos, no speciality items. Online orders are down, so I would have to order/pay again, cancel my online order, and wait for a refund. Another time I was told they had no chicken, steak, or beef, and I could cancel my order OR wait 30 minutes for them to make more. Some nights the drive thru is lightning fast, other nights it take 20 minutes to get 3 cars through. One night they left a burrito off my order, I called and asked about it. They said I could come back and they would give it to me. I told them I couldn't drive all the way back from my house to get one burrito and if I could just get a refund or pick it up with my next order. They said no, I could get it that night or not get it at all. After the refurbish they actually were really good for a while, but they dropped off hard. I'd avoid this location if you can.

I just wanted to say "thank you" to Taco Bell. I had a taco at the Gardendale restaurant that could be compared to ones I once got twenty years ago. A good amount of cheese, the ingredients inside the taco and not dried to the wrapper, shell that didnt fall apart.....one like I used to get over 20 years ago.

Absolutely amazing! We showed up 15min before close and ordered a lot of food. Everything was cooked perfectly, friendly customer service. Thank you!!

Very quick and painless. I ordered online and the young man basically called me by name when I drove up. My meal was already paid for and waiting on me. Great job! At almost midnight.

This Taco Bell is on point right now I got the build your own box and everything was perfect in the box it was all fresh and the service was complimentary
