I went to Taco Bell and ordered on the kiosk. After I completed my order for 2 cravings boxes, the kiosk froze, and I had to go to the manager and show her my bank account. That I was charged, but my order never went through. Then proceeded to get the wrong order as well as the soda machine is broken and the whole dining area is disgusting. I understand about cleaning up after people is hard, but you chose to get paid for work so do your job.
Salvatore was super helpful alerting the team of my food allergies. Super kind ,and accommodating . He truly provided outstanding customer service and the team as amazing. Great manager. 10:07 pm. They Changed gloves everything is fresh I'm so happy 😊.
The absolute worst Taco Bell restaurant around. First of all the store is dark and dirty. The staff pay no attention to the customers and when they do there is zero customer service. There are long waits for food and the ordering and paying set up makes no sense. Make sure you check the bag before you leave because items are always missing. I guess the staff cannot read or count. Please shut this location down or re do it. Franklin square deserves bettrr
Went through the drive thru around 12 am no one else was there, it wasn’t busy. Ordered a bean burrito. It was flat, torn up, and had burnt pieces on it like it was scrapped off the grease trap. I tried calling when I opened it up after I got home no answer. I contacted the company, no response from them but why would there be when there is no place for you to leave contact info unless you type it in the comment box. Even then I doubt they would contact you back, they don’t care.
I was on a parade of giving honest reviews to places I've eaten recently. Taco Bell is slop. Its the best type of slop. And when you go here it REALLY hits the spot. Service is just fine, food is always hot and ready to go.I'm never left hungry afterwards. Although I may be aging (Health Wise) out of being able to eat here as much as I use to, I have to say this Taco Bell has served me goooood. Thanks
Went in to order the lady at the register wanted to finish her story before she proceeded to take my order. Which had me standing there listening to a Spanish tail for about 8 mins. Then when she takes my order took another 8 mins to find my order so I can pay, mind you I ordered at the kiosk.and she gave me a wrong drink. Glad her night was better than her customer service.
EVERY SINGLE TIME there is food missing from the order. How bad do you have to be at your job to accomplish this. I ordered chips and cheese and they forget the CHEESE!!! It's insane the lack of attention and level of stupidity required to do that. Never again.
The place was a little bit filthy but , one of the young were really helpful and understanding his name was lester. thank you lester!
