Hubby and l opted for dine. No register service only keosh, which you manually place order that asks for a tip for no service. Took over 20 min. to receive food, and we were 1st customer inside. Then, no guacamole on bowl, which is standard and requested sauce packs, 1hot & 1 mild, which never got and not supplied in lobby.🤪 Very hood behavior as l stood at the front counter for guacamole for over 4 min as one worker strolled past stocking the food prep station on his side. You deserve a zero. I had to yell out, "Hey, l need avocado for this bowl!!!" Only for one of the other "3" workers to ask if l mean guacamole b4 handing me a serving without question. I see where employers cut costs by not hiring & using kiosk yet expecting customers to pay a tip for zero service. At age 63, I'm not having it as l will not be back.
Just spent $35.00 on my order and it was not correct. I got a power bowl and the lid wasn’t even on top of my food ordered three soft supreme tacos and got one hard taco. The only thing that was correct was the 1 hard and 1 soft taco with no meat. Called to speak to the manager and of course couldn’t speak to the manager kept getting hung up on and I was polite didn’t raise my voice. The service at this location is absolutely horrible the customer service horrible I asked for mild sauce and the lady working in the drive thru was rude as well this location is on Parker rd and 367 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I don’t mind that this location consistently closes early, but turn off the signage and drive through equipment. Myself and several others say there in the drive through looking dumb, because the lights were still on. Inside was dark. The hours of operation never match google. Other than that, this location isn’t bad.
At taco bell on July 11 10 45 pm I had THE BEST drive thru server he was on point and super polite and the food was beyond expectation. Kudos to the night crew for making my night with their g reat service and food even when they were in the middle of a rush
This Taco Bell is always on point. We consistently get amazing service, correct orders and hot food. To be honest this Taco Bell is the sole reason I give other fast food a shot hoping for this level of service.
The portions of meat and filling inside the soft taco supremes were made for an infant. The meat and filling inside the steak grilled burrito was the same way. Not to mention the burrito was flat but it’s advertised plump and round
Morning shift: beyond AMAZING BUT the lunch and evening shift. WOW. Been going here for 20+ years and have never witnessed the amount of ignorance, rudeness and some woman employee having a meltdown because I told her the order on the screen was wrong… I thought that meant the order would be wrong… but maybe I’m wrong. Then to have some flamboyant woman voiced dude take over and tell me “the screen doesn’t make your order, we do”. Obviously. And it’s obvious y’all need new jobs if you can’t handle someone wanting their order right. That mad and defensive over burritos… really?? Let’s just say we didn’t get the food, after all that attitude I didn’t want their dna ending up in the order
LaTonya is the one 🙌🏆🙌 we ordered online and had a few mishaps. We called and she took great care of us 💛 great customer service on her part 🏆🎉💛
