I am not sure why they don't know what the menu says, but there is no way it will result in an upgrade on my dime. This location had a sign up that offered two different boxes, both have the word "Deluxe" in them. To make sure they knew which box I wanted, I did not use that word and was clear that I wanted the $5 cravings box, not the $10 box. I was still rung up for the $10 box and needed to correct this error at the window. It honestly is not that hard to know what is on your sign at your restaurant. It is actually necessary for you to know because that is the offer being accepted. There was no way the requested $10 meal was going to be bumped up to $20. You could see they were irritated by this, but I could have simply left with nothing. I only wanted what I came for - why would I accept anything else? I ended up getting something other than what I had ordered - I guess it was the $10 box, but that was not what I wanted, so I really wasn't happy. It wasn't the price, but the contents that the order was based on. The food was good, but. . .

Food and staff are great. Ordering at the kiosk was simple and efficient even with editing the toppings. The only problem was that the room temperature felt like it was 68. We ended up eating in the car despite our desire for dining in.

I am pregnant and I am hungry . There was a small order issue that felt big to me and Donna (an amazing member of staff) helped to correct the order she helped so much and made everything perfect for me . I am not easy to make happy in this state lol but she did great I'd give Donna 5 stars

Gotta love Taco Bell! I love the tacos and all the other stuff this restaurant offers. I’ve been a customer since I was a little kid when they first opened Taco Bell in southern Michigan. Thank you for all the good Mexican food Taco Bell! I will always be loyal to fast food because they have always been there for me in the past and they will always be there for me in the future. Thank you again, this is my favorite Taco Bell because you are fast and never mess my order up.

Why would you have a flyer on the wall in your lobby stating that you have open interviews every Friday but when a person comes to said open interviews they get laughed at and told we only do online applications and we don't do open interviews? Isn't that false advertising? If you can't even get that right I'm certain I'll be going to a different location to order food from now on.

I attempted to order an item that was listed on the menu as $1.79. I was being overcharged by .40 (not including tax, and they refused to honor the price listed on menu. This is not my only problem here, I have had several issues with this particular location. They don't always give you all your food and they never replace it, and some of the employees tend to be very rude. I'd rather drive out to swartz creek than to deal with this location.

POSSIBLY UNSAFE This location regularly has homeless individuals roaming the drive-through. They also don’t answer their phones. Please be careful when dining at this location, or better to visit the Pierson Rd. or Linden Rd. locations.

Friendly staff, tasty food though Taco Bell has gotten more expensive over the years. This place is a great place to visit and dine inside.
