This was my go to spot because it's right down the road from my house. At this point I would rather drive all the way to DAVISON to get good food and service. I had a horrible day at work and i stopped to get dinner at 7:30pm on September 29th 2023. When getting to the speaker the girl taking orders was rushing me and was extremely rude. Then I get to the window and the girl in the window took my money without acknowledging me, not a hello or anything, gave me my order and change and didn't even say have a good night or anything and I also didn't get a recipt. You guys must have hired new staff that know nothing about customer service. I then got home and saw my 2 soft shell taco Supremes had almost no meat or toppings in them, might as well just gave me a plain tortilla and there was like no seasoning on my nacho fries. I called 3 times to talk to a manager and got hung up on. This is HORRIBLE, what is wrong with you?! I no longer will be going to your store so good job😡
Not the best location, but every single time I've been there, the staff were spot-on. They haven't messed up a single order of mine. I usually wouldn't post a review on a fast food location, but I really felt the need to with this one. The fastest service I've had at a taco bell, great staff, and accurate orders.
They were extremely busy the day I'm referring to for this review. I'm talking it was ☆extra ☆ busy and the young lady that rang me up and took my order was so kind. I work with special needs individuals, well when we're getting lunch sometimes like anyone else, they like to strike up conversations with people in the community. Instead of her just nodding and hurrying us along, she swapped stations with another person to keep their talk going! Well this made my client feel like he was on cloud 9 and didn't stop talking about it for quite some time. I'm very grateful for that visit ♡
Anytime I go here i always have to have my food remade because they can't pay attention to a simple order, i order 4 or t tacos with no lettuce and every single time it has lettuce in it, melted to the cheese so I can't even begin to take it out. At last they're nice about remaking it but wouldn't have to if they paid attention the fist time
Worst drive thru ever they don't give anyone a second to see if they wanted to add anything else to the order they didn't even ask if I wanted any sauce to go with my tacos.the tacos were cold.dont think I ever go to this Taco Bell any time soon...they need better help during the morning shift
Over $20 for just 5 tacos.... And they can't even get the order right at all, the fact I am paying this much for WAY below sub par food, It's literally cheaper to go to a sit down family restaurant, and healthier too... very disappointed in the food I won't even be able to eat that I wasted money on.... can't even get a refund because I wasn't given a reciept.
Like the meal boxes but can't eat cinnamon so substitute. Like the chalupas but wish original mexi melts were back. Ordered diet pop after kids drank half mentioned didn't taste right. It was non diet so the kids sugar went sky high which is not great for DIABETICS. Gave extra insulin and monitored hoping not to visit hospital. Had to stay up all night and monitor my kids. Have tried calling but no one picks up phone.
The staff was so helpful inside that she erased 3 soft tacos from order. Leaving me with only cold nacho fries and the other person's food was cold as well. The soda machine gave me only carbon. After wasting $25 on cold food I don't wanna waste the gas to take it back. Save your time and money.
