No cheese means no cheese. People have dairy allergies. Read the order. Answer the phone. Can't do those two things? No, you apparently can't. I will not stop until my order is refunded in full. 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Get your s together.

I made a mobile order to make sure that my order would not be messed up and that the directions were clearly on there. I just wanted two Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos with no tomato and of course they put tomato on there. It doesn't matter how long a line is or how busy the atmosphere is. If customers don't like being patient they can go somewhere else!!! Get customers orders correct. Thank you.

Every table was sticky and disgusting the kids. No matter how hard I tried to clean the table, they kept getting dirty. The restrooms were filthy and had a horrible stench. The food was okay. The workers were nice but short-handed. It took 45 mins AT LEAST for them to give us our food. I don't about breakfast, brunch, or lunch, but dinner time was the WORST time.

They need to close this location or restaff. Customers are forced to sit 10/15 minutes to place an order as an employee stand at the drive thru laughing and joking on his headset claiming technical difficulties. The staff and service are deplorable even when not busy. 3 cars in the drive thru shouldn't take 25/30 to order and receive food. It's premade and warmed so there's little excuse for excessive wait times

Not the fault of the employees (only saw three employees working). Restaurant was extremely dirty, tables were filthy, floor was dirty, items were not stocked, no forks, sauce or napkins. Toilet in women's bathroom was broken but someone had used it anyway-gross!!! No one available to take orders, had to use kiosk. The restaurant also smelled like urine. I took my food and left. Food was ok, it's Taco Bell.

Absolutely the worst taco bell to exist. If you value your time and money do not visit this location. You will wait a lifetime for cold food that is incorrectly prepared. What an embarrassment. Cannot and will not give this location any more of my money. #whatajoke

Take my wife for radiation treatment swung in there to get a quick bite set for 20 minutes and they still got the food wrong wasn't able to sit inside to eat had to grab it and go by the time it was that done and everything in the order was wrong she did not get what she wanted I did not get what I wanted they put the exact same thing in each box I got a $9 box she got a $5 box apparently we both got $5 boxes and my son only got one chicken quesadilla when he ordered two will not be going back

Gordon took my order. I always have a "special" order. He did excellent at entering it in correctly and making sure it was made right.
