I have to say check your bill before cashing out. Particularly during a happy hour. If you don't you Will be charged full price. When asked about pricing at the drive thru window, I was told I don't know! Apparently me sitting there on there timer makes the workers upset. But at the end of the day I'm ordering food how I would like it made especially being the paying customer. Its clear to me being to this location this is a constant issue. Having to check my bill.

Worst Taco Bell in the novi area! They close early with our warning all the time yet the Taco Bell app still lets you order your food. 0-10 would recommend going to this Taco Bell. The staff is rude and clearly does not care about the customer, orders are just thrown together, smashed in the bags and are wrong 90% of the time… wait times are upwards of 10 minutes at the drive through window and it’s even longer inside. I’d rather eat McDonald’s than go to this taco bell again.

Cashier Takia H at this location has AMAZING customer service skills. Friendly voice and demeanor, kind genuine smile, great eye contact, she helped me efficiently and I can say this was the best drive thru experience I've ever had.

I am so tired of this taco bell messing my orders up I have probably wasted $20 because this is the only taco bell. Never can go inside. They put tomatoes in things that don't have tomatoes in it, I got a crunch wrap this morning and instead of the hash brown I got their nasty potatoes in it. I don't usually do reviews but fix yourselves.

Not the worst T Bell, but not the best either. Lobby is often closed, suggesting a lack of staff. Sadly there's no sign to indicate what the lobby hours are. If I swing by at 6 pm I would think the lobby would be open, but it is not. Usually they get orders 100% correct though, so I'm okay with going here even if I sometimes have a drive thru line to wait in.

Some black lady yelled at me in the drive thru. I pulled up and she told me to order when i was ready. I started to order and she yelled “I SAID ONE SECOND” in a nasty tone. I just drove off. It’s okay though, I’d be mad if I made 12$ an hour too! XD And I’m just a regular dude, not a Karen lol. That was wack

This place is extremely unprofessional. They closed the store with 4 people in the drive thru at 9:15pm 7/3/23 after working through most of the line.. We sat in line for 10 minutes waiting for service. They even unhooked the phone so no one could call in. I definitely will not be back or recommend this Taco Bell. Dave yourself time and gas and go to the one in novi instead.

Out of multiple main ingredients, waited in line for over 20mins to receive 2 burritos, 2 drinks, a nacho fry & a gordita. Every bit of our food- minus the cheese sauce for the nacho fries- was all warm to lukewarm at best. AND they were only were accepting cash. I understand being short-staffed, or low product due to more business than usual so inventory was running low, MAYBE even truck would be arriving the very next shift.... But overall, the situation was pretty dismal for customers & I'm sure staff as well. Maybe an early closing would have been best? 🤷🏻‍♀️
