Food was good All the tables were the size of the food tray. The service: There is no service inside. You walk to counter and wait & wait until someone eating there tells you, "you must use the kiosk." Should be a sign on the counter telling you that! Kiosk locked up mid order had to yell for someone in the back for help. They fixed the issue & immediately disappeared. No paper receipt. When food was ready they yell your name, but not very clearly. My name sounded like Bret instead of Trish. I have no problem using the kiosk because I always prefer self checkout at grocery stores. Again, put a sign on the counter telling you that is the only way to order. As for my 77yr old mom, there is no way in hell she could order like that. I have to operate the streaming tv for her.

Not sure why I have to use the kiosk. I'm paying cash anyway and have to to the register. If we are forced to order ourselves it should be discounted since we are doing part of the establishments job. Who's the manager ? How did they get hired

Since I didn’t get a receipt to do a survey I guess I’ll put a poor review here. Don’t usually have any issues at this location, but whoever works the drive thru in the am is very rude. Doesn’t say two words to you when you pull up. Told her to have a nice day and she just closes the window with no response. Can’t even smile back while I smile at her. So very sorry for bothering her! Maybe put her in the back and someone with better customer service skills in the drive thru.

The food is great but the team that works closing has no idea how to work fast food messed up on my not one order but two orders rather drive to ofallons taco bell where they won't screw up my order

Taco Bell has always been a family favorite my wife loves this place. They have this burrito with chips, I love it but it's limited time only sad face. My all time favorite are the nacho fries with cheese hands down, but they are also limited.

10/5 stars. I came at 11:30pm. The food was well made, absolutely amazing. You could tell the food was fresh and wasn’t sitting there for a while. It was fast, the workers were friendly and everything tasted so good. Also they gave us so much mild sauce and napkins. My favorite taco bell here.

Taco stores need to stop trying to FORCE customers to use their kiosk. You even have a manager who tries not to wait on people by telling them they must use the kiosk to order. Shame on corporate, and it's need to have managers try to coerce people into working for Taco Bell Customers are not your employees.

Spent $50 last night and the food was missing, made wrong or disgusting. I don’t know if the employees didn’t want to be working or preoccupied, but most of what we bought ended up in the trash. The soda machine has green mold growing on it so beware if you drink any beverages.
