We ordered through the app, went through drive thru, didn't wait long at all. Assistant manager (she was a lady I didn't get a good look at her) she was friendly, answered my husband's questions about applying. Food was amazing, they actually stuff our chicken and steak grilled cheese burritos way better than the broad st store. The food was amazing. Definitely will come back to this location

I go through drive-thru and order several items. One of which is a nachos bellgrande. I ask for a side of jalapeno peppers. I live 3 minutes away and get home to find that I don't have a SIDE of jalapeno peppers. Rather four, pathetic, little slices of jalapeno peppers added to the top of my nachos. To start, who said I wanted them for my nachos? I wanted to put them on the tacos that I also ordered AND on my nachos. I called to complain. The nice young man I spoke with was apologetic and said he totally understands, but that the price is set by corporate and the franchisee directed his employees to use only four, little, tiny slices per ~SIDE~ order. A side order used to consist of a 2 oz portion cup full. You can STILL make a profit using the portion cups. How do you, mister franchisee, justify charging $0.60 for four pathetic, little slices of jalapeno peppers? That's FIFTEEN CENTS for each tiny, measley, little slice of jalapeno pepper. Seriously. I would like an answer. Though, I doubt I will get one.

We stopped here late one night after the Time Warp Prom (40 year old moms out for a night of fun) and the drive thru crew was amazing! So funny and nice! Our order was hot and correct and the young kids working the window had so much fun with us - great personalities and such a change from the typical fast food service we're all used to getting. Really appreciated the good food and great service!

They used to be really good at marking which item is which by putting an X on the wrapper if it has extra sauce. They don’t do that anymore; my family member and I get similar items but I always get extra sauce on all of my items, which, I have to PAY for. So why is it that 90% of the time they don’t put extra sauce on it or don’t even mark it? Now I have to manhunt which items are mine and having a guessing game at which food item is whose. Often times you can’t tell until you’ve bitten into the item once or twice. I used to love this Taco Bell because the service is always so great, but whoever is making the food itself needs to pay more attention to what’s going on.

Are you kidding me I waited over 20 minutes in line finally got to the menu and speaker for them to tell me the drive-thru was down then I continue to wait in line another 20 minutes before finally having to drive through the grass to get around the building... Then they decide they finally want to bring out a sign block off the drive-thru and didn't even have enough sense to have people pull around so everybody could get out it's done amazing that's how stupid people can be!

Probably the worst order I’ve ever received from TB and that’s saying a lot. Pictures show the worst of what we received, but not all of it.

Nice kids working, but kids don't make food very well. Grilled cheese burrito was just a burrito with cold cheese half-melted onto the bottom, one of the tacos was unwrapped, and the rest were barely held together by old meat that smelled like Vienna sausage. R.i.p. food service

Order was quick. Food was good temp. The person who gave us our order even suggested a new drink combination, that i will try out next time I am through. Update: Be careful if you have allergies they don't pay attention when making food and now I am having an allergic reaction to food. Luckily I don't have anaphylaxis response but it still is not fun to get aick from your food if you order to avoid your allergy and it is within there scope to do.
