How do you screw up NACHOS? I ordered nachos bell grande with no tomatoes, no sour cream. Meat, beans and cheese only, with a side of cheese. I got nachos with NO CHEESE! WOW! Thanks for over charging me and giving me something not worth eating. Who eats nachos with no cheese? NO ONE!!!!! And the tiny little bit of cheese in the side order isn't enough to eat these nachos!!!!!
(Former Taco Bell employee of 2 years): I know the hassle of fast food is a lot and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt to the worker, but cmon guys. Got the deluxe box, but my chicken taco only had potatoes in it with little lettuce. Could at least have given a warning that there weren't any dropped/ran out. A total of 6 chips and 1/2/1 cheese pump for chips & cheese as well. Other than that, food and service was great but cmon Food Champions/MIC.
I arrived at this location University at 08:15am, Sunday lobby is closed and drive through is still barricaded. As I sit in my car searching accurate store hours I see a gentleman leaving the back door of the store. Okay, it’s closed. I drive to the next location under five miles away, College Rd. Who do I see pulling up next to Me? The other/same employee from the other store in his black Bronco and in his Taco Bell uniform. Knock on this location’s lobby door that is also closed and get handed his breakfast. I left his store that he closed and he was served breakfast before I was at a different location. Really?!!! To be served my breakfast by an employee with a dirty face mask at 08:30am. Unbelievable!!! Didn’t think a Customer would witness that blatant fraud and abuse of time money resources all at the expense of Customer Service and Satisfaction. As a Customer I was very disappointed, but not Surprised. How will they address this situation? Is this the standard for Fairbanks AK? Will Corporate or the Owners even care? Unbelievably slow and the lobby is closed. It seems they only take one or two orders at a time, leaving vehicles to pile in the Fred's parking lot. Unless you're coming here in the morning, don't even bother. You'd get your food faster walking into Fred's next door, going home and cooking it yourself.
The restrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a month. Literally piles of dust and grime on top of everything. I went in and washed my hands and walked out I didn’t even want to use it. The issue is this is a good establishment and the employees that make my food are using this restroom. I hope I don’t get sick. There was another employee hanging out the entire time we were there flirting with another employee. They ran out of some of our food and they didn’t heat my quesadilla up enough to melt. Food not made correctly. Avoid this Taco Bell if you can. The manager didn’t look like he cared either
I just couldn't with the filthy environment. We don't eat out much and when we do I expect it to look decent and umm the food wasn't wrapped right. 5hwy were all gossiping and having fun which is nice to be able to work and have fun but business is business. There was a black female she was rude saying inappropriate stuff in the back staring at us while she ate in the kitchen lol check cameras for Monday September 5th 845 to 930 pm ish.. other than that cistomer service was great.. here's some pictures I took.. zoom in if you like. I 100 percent suggest going to tacobell day in northpole since other one is closed. Northpole one is nice and quiet . I've been there a few times and never a bad experience
Old food on 3 different occasions. Tacos only had half beef, not tall, literally left to right only had beef on one side. They got the most recent order incorrect and didn't fix it correctly on return. I counted 3 pieces of tiny chicken in the quesadilla. Poor customer service.
Food was tossed around and barely wrapped in bag, drinks looked and tasted awful, and the food was barely warm. Not to mention getting through the drive thru took 40-50 minutes alone.
