Please don’t order food from this location !!! I just found a bug in my crunch wrap supreme 🤮🤮🤢

burrittos always tastes different in here . either there is no sauce or too much sauce sometimes burnt burrito. i got chicken and beef burrito today chicked had no sauce and beef one didint have any beef inside they just put cheese rice and some sauce lol(picture).

I was very disappointed with the service. I did an online order for pick up and went through the drive thru only to be told that I had to pick it up inside. I went inside and I was told that my order wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes. It was very chaotic. I eventually got my food, which was good.

Worst Customer Service in General Hire more people Pay better wages. Ridiculous 1 guy for 15 clients 3 months after same thing but we gotta eat

taco bell count ur days cs im mad i ordered what i always get from doordash a crunch wrap w only beans lettuce n sour cream i cant have meat especially beef so when i got my food i was already mad hungry i bit into it n it tasted weird so i looked at it yal put beef n hot sauce is it that hard for yal employees to read or sm cs it dont take that much work to give ppl what they want n this ain the first time this happened

I don’t leave negative reviews very often, but this is terrible. No soap in the bathrooms. All I wanted was a crunch, wrap, supreme, standing at the register to place my order, and they just stare at me until I say something, they do not come over to be helpful like they are paid to do. Then come to find out my crunch, wrap supreme, was sitting right there at the end of the make table but again, nobody bothered to grab it, and hand it to me until I said something. It’s not even hot. I was waiting for quite a long time the only person in the lobby.

Food is slightly more consistent than average taco bell. About 1/3rd of orders will have some sort of mix-up. Service is chaotic. Pre-covid this location would have 30+ minute drive thru wait times, that is less common lately. In recent years their operating hours have been erratic; often closing early, closing the dining room early or closing the drive thru for periods of time.

They kept me waiting for 20 minutes for an iced coffee. When I asked why I was still waiting I was told they had no vanilla cream. Why not tell me that instead of having me sit there? And the dining area is seriously outdated and does not appear to have been updated since the 80's. They are short staffed so I waited a bit for my food. I understand that and don't fault them for that. But having me wait without telling me about the cream was just ridiculous.
