I would have enjoyed meat in my tacos. The portions are very very small. The lady working the window got extremely upset because I asked to add Hot sauce at the window after turning it down while placing my order. 😭 I even apologized to her and left the business feeling scolded. Oh... No straws either for the two drinks.

Apparently Taco Bell is now moving into the automated era. I went into this location to order some food. Usually, not an issue with any Taco Bell, but when I went inside, the place had literally 3 patrons and at least 3 workers that I could see. Granted there was some activity in the drive through, but nothing that would cause them to be too busy to just take my order. Anyways , they said I needed to use the kiosk, and I told them that I didn't want to to touch it. They would much rather lose business than work at this place! Good thing there is another one juat down the street that i can go get my Taco bell fix from! Very disappointed in the attitude here. Fine! Dont take my money!

Horrible customer service. No acknowledgment nor greeting or even a simple thank you. I know fast food places are going downhill these days with hospitality being the least concerned but the worker(s), especially the drive thru, were so rude by not even acknowledging you as a paying patronage.

Went through the drive thru and spent $40 on food for my crew (7 kiddos) and was told that they could not give me small waters when I asked for them. They informed me that they would have to charge me. I figured they meant a small amount like most places do... NO they wanted me to pay over $15 for small waters. when it was 100+ degrees outside and we had no AC in our vehicle. Really disappointed in the lack of compassion showed from the staff that day.

Quick polite service at drive thru. Don't usually eat fast food but every now and then a craving for the standard burrito Supreme. Hits the spot! Also like the spicy sauce.

Taco Bell has improved after they've introduced fiestas veggi burrito. Bean cheese use to be very bland burrito, now I can experiment by adding different sauces, along with added ingredients of Fiesta Veggies Burrito

Very unsatisfied customer. A piece of hair was found in my burrito not to mention I took it back being inconvenienced. The so called supervisor on duty around 7:20pm was very unprofessional, appeared frustrated with an attitude & didn't even apologize. She was more concerned with the fact she was not present during the purchase which shouldn't have been a factor. Corporate needs to send someone professional to train and educate supervisors on effective customer service. Last time visiting this location. Horrible experience!

Either the late night crew is skimming off the top or they're credit card service is the worst in DFW. I've waited in the longest lines only to find out they are only accepting cash. Not once or twice.... multiple times. Taco Bell is not known for 5 stars, but this location makes other Taco Bell locations look 5 star. If there were zero stars... I would choose that.
