Not exactly my best choice of the day but it had been a few hours since lunch and this was convenient. I liked that I was able to order and pay on the kiosk and not have to deal with a human. And for those who have challenges with English, it offers a number of alternative languages. My food order was prepared in an appropriate amount of time, packaged properly and I was ready to go after I stopped and grabbed a few sauce packets. The burritos were easy enough to eat while driving and were wrapped properly.

I placed my order in the app. Went to pick up at the drive-through. The drive-through is closed. My food was not ready. It was very unorganized, and my food was horrific. The cinnamon twists were still, the taco stuff to the wrapper the burrito squirted everywhere.

I just wanted to say the crew that was working last night was doing an absolutely incredible job working together and communicating with each other very well while getting through a rush and running out of items. They were handling everything very well and still keeping up some superior customer service. They made sure everyone was being taken care of and offering replacements for things that had been ordered that they ran out of and doing all of it without letting their stress show.

Attempted to go through the drive-through at 8:02 AM, the woman proceeded to tell me they don’t open until 8 AM. After I showed her it was after eight she told me that I was not allowed to order at the window anyhow, and that I must go back through the drive-through. Very rude and lazy, She had such an attitude I did not go back through for fear they would intentionally spit in my food. The now hiring sign out front needs some more attention, they truly do need to hire better staff.

At this location, Nickie clearly goes above and beyond in all aspects of Customer Service. Always met w/ a smile, she's at the top of get game with; professionalism, politeness, being attentive to all entering, and diligence w/ above average sanitary care of work environment. I don't eat Fast Food, therefore unable to rate food. Although having made a few delivery pickups, the food making stations have been clean, and preparation appears better than adequate.

No sour cream or tomatoes with taco supreme. All my ingredients of my Mexican pizza was on only half... the other side was empty. 😡

Absolute worst location. Unfortunately, living here it's closest one. But they mess up our order 75% of the time. I am usually pretty understanding when it comes to issues at places like this. I know it can be busy. But this is a level that shows incompetence from management down. Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible experience. We ordered via app and had to wait for 45 minutes. Then we asked for the food at the counter, because the app said that the food should be ready since 15 minutes. Now the manager searched for our order and found it laying on the side without notice. For sure the food was already cold and not fresh. And our (paid!) extra wasn’t considered either. Would never go to this Taco Bell again.
