Taylor, Justin and the team do a wonderful job at this taco bell. Always fresh food and taco bell quality. Thank you both -Idris

So, the corporation that owns Taco Bell has implemented a self-checkout which passes the work of the 7 (!!!) people currently on shift, many of which are standing around, to the many unsuspecting customers like my who are trying to order or pick up orders. Interestingly, however, the staff here actually ignore you, only calling out names periodically, focusing on drive-thru or door dash orders. I’ve watched several older people struggling to utilize the system, or understand the rules here (because nothing is posted), looking up for someone to assist, someone to take their order, but they’re having none of it. I watched a man, maybe 65, turn and say, can no one help me, you don’t take cash?? The response, yes, I can take your cash, but you have to submit your order on the kiosk. I wonder, how many of these workers understand that through their compliance, if this is successful, they’re all out of jobs.

We are in and RV and unable to use the drive thru so we parked to come inside and order our food. We had cash to pay with and walked to the register. Note, we’re are the only customers inside. The lady with red hair and fake eyelash refused to take our order and made me use a kiosk. Then she said she could take out cash. It took us almost 10 minutes to figure it out and the. Wait for her to take our cash. When we paid she then walked away with our cash and came back. What a joke. I’m appalled that you would direct paying cisterns to an automated system when you have half a dozen employees capable of helping us. I guess that’s the level of service we can expect going forward.

Eric in drive thru window is awesome! He keeps it real friendly and light hearted even when they are slammed. He’s very knowledgeable and patient and I think he deserves a raise! Keep up the good work man!

The manager yelled to the front to MAKE us use the kiosk, which we already had, and were paying with cash. I have never minded using kiosks to order. However, the payment process was difficult, and Jeff was very clear about what needed to happen, and I appreciate his efforts and acknowledgments. He told the manager what the problem was and how it could be fixed while she continued to yell over him. The manager came out to the lobby to let us know we were waiting for our food, which took 35minutes she was wearing the gloves that she had made food with, touched the table, and went back behind the line and continued making food.

Waited 30 minutes for their new "Dipping Taco" and 2 Chicken Burritos. I ordered off the iPad displays, (which nobody likes to do).. and was sure to hit "Complete Order". The staff kept taking drive-thru orders and I was tired of waiting for them to acknowledge my in-store order, so I bailed out and went to spend my money elsewhere. Taco Bells around the country are failing and Corporate are even facing a high profile lawsuit for false advertising and lackluster product delivery. This is not only the fault of the inadequately trained staff, but the failure of store managers across the board. That all being said, of course some branches are better than others. I speak of Elko's branch. Don't give your money or time to the Elko Taco Bell.

Hey it's Taco Bell and we were in the mood for it, it hit the spot. The atmosphere was great because we had it delivered. We ate at home, our favorite atmosphere.

Needs to be shut down. Poor excuse of a Taco Bell. Poor excuse of a general manager. He can’t even keep his workers in line. Doesn’t know how to properly train or even run his store. I’ve worked there before. It’s complete trash. They make every person a manager, without proper training. They cheat their store times by unplugging their screens. You’ll most likely get food poisoning. They don’t keep up to date on when they need to change out their food. Unsanitary. Either shut down or get new management.
