There was hair in my food not to mention I waited almost 45 minutes on a small order. Another thing the manager Jay referring to one of his workers as “the black kid” because he couldn’t take the time to remember his name. As well as letting employees treat other employees badly. And lastly my boyfriend had worked there and was fired because of an injury needless to say instead of the manager Jay reaching out to him and being professional he let another crew member who isn’t a manager tell him he was fired when he called jay to ask he got extremely disrespectful with not only him but as well as me for only saying he should’ve been more professional with his job! Very disappointed ☹️
Food is good most of the time but everytime me and my wife goes here they get our order wrong and we have to wait almost everytime and the extras like cinnamon twist they add it to the bill but we never receive it. Also half the time we don't get a receipt either and some employees are standing around on their phones.
Service was very fast and food fresh! My order which was late was 100 percent correct. They sure beat McDonalds to death!!
I went and ate there yesterday. Food was good but they had to remake it because they burned it. They burned it because this handicapped guy came in and was talking about how heavy the bathroom door was and after he left the whole staff was making fun of him. It was very uncalled for. They had no reason to make fun of that poor man.
My last visit to Taco Bell was great! The lady who took my order was very pleasant even in the midst of the lunchtime rush. The food was prepared right and delivered quickly. Although I think their prices are too high, I'll be visiting again soon.
Wife and i had a craving, typical taco bell, craving satisfied... will go back for future cravings.
I really appreciate this store as a delivery driver, but more importantly the manager seems to treat his employees really well, and the employees are patient and kind when I bring my autistic child in. They’re friendly and let him order even though it can take a moment. Seem like really nice people, and the restaurant always looks clean.
