Tried the new “Rolled Chicken Taco’s” with the new spicy ranch sauce thinking they were going to be taquitos but better, sadly they taste the same. The ranch I also wasn’t a fan of, it’s sour instead of spicy. If you’re picky about ranch & like the buttermilk type this isn’t for you, just buy a bag of taquitos from your local supermarket. Taste the same.

During the day the location may be fine, at night the service at this place is absolutely atrocious. Missing items out of orders and they never give you receipts for anything. Multiple times I have went there and had things left out of my order. Decided to give them another try tonight and they were out of ice. How do you run out of ice? The shift manager at the place has the customer service of a fully developed turtle and is the utmost rudest person I’ve ever met in the entirety of my life even when being nice or polite to it. (Yes I meant to say “it.) If you would like to make better use of your money then take it out of your wallet and set it on fire and starve yourself. 😁 Thanks for nothing TBell In Elizabethton.

Whoever you had making the food at 10:30 pm tonight 7/17 is the only hope you have for your franchise. This was the first time I have pulled away from this place without being convinced the portion sizes were being shorted. Give that entry worker a 20% raise, do yourself a favor, and make them your golden standard for how to fill a burrito and stack a soft taco. They’re too good for you and they’ll find out sooner than you think.

On a budget, this is the place to go if you're looking for decent quality food for cheap. Normally the staff is pretty nice and for the most part they do get the orders right.

Well my food was messed up then when I wanted it fixed it seemed like every person I talked to just didn't wanna either be there or help me this location needs to retrain their employees on customer service and how to treat people. Other than that the food was so so the food I had to have replaced wasn't even cooked all the way the cheese on my quesadilla was just a handful of cheese that wasn't even melted on it and then when i had the quesadilla replaced they messed it up again but I just left instead of trying to get it fixed again over all I would recommend to go to any other taco bell than this one also the music in the store is way to loud it's hard to hear the people you are with. Also the tables and floor were a mess. I can say that the employee that did help me tried her best she even told the kitchen what it was exactly how I wanted it and they still didn't do it right. So in the end I can say that this taco bell has to be the worst taco bell I've ever eaten at this is why I try to avoid this store if I can

Okay, so to be honest I work in fast food and understand what it's like. Granted, I did show up fairly late in the night, (about 11PM.) But recieved friendly service. Drove home and looked at the food and all I have to ask is.... why? Why give me half of a taco..?

My husband went thru the drive thru on Saturday night. 11/13/21.He Ordered hard shell tacos. There was maybe a teaspoon of meat and it was on the very end of the shell. Photos below. My husband took them back he sat in the drive thru for a really long time. He ask to speak to a manger. She didn’t even look at the tacos. She threw them in the trash. She told him she could only refund his money or make him new tacos. He got a refund and went somewhere else. The manger didn’t even say she was sorry. It was just ridiculous We’re going to call or write to the general manger. Check your order before you leave the parking lot. Last order before this the shells where broken in half. Sincerely a Former Customer

Got a delicious Mexican pizza and a Diet Pepsi. I love all the food at Taco Bell’s and it is hard to choose what I want. The tacos, pinto n cheese, cheesy potatoes and the frozen drinks are some of my favorites. I wish they would bring back the shredded chicken tacos, that was my all time favorite. The food is not expensive and anything you order is delicious. Taco Bell is in my top 5 of favorite fast food restaurants.
