It's been a long time since I have eaten at this Taco Bell, and after our experience today, I won't be going back. There were maybe 2 tables that looked somewhat clean. Nobody greeted us or even acknowledged us when we came in. We didn't realize we had to place our order ourselves, because not one of the 6 people in the kitchen even walked up to the counter to talk to us. Once we got our order placed, it was 20-25 minutes before we got our food. If we hadn't paid for it already, we would have left at that point. The garbage cans were all overflowing, the floor was sticky. Something had been spilled on the floor and it looked like they just set up wet floor sign, which was also filthy, and left it there. The windows were filthy, the door looked like something was smeared all over it. It was disgusting! And not a single one of the workers looked happy to be there. I don't recommend anyone goes there until some serious changes are made!
Me and my family will be taking our business elsewhere! The food is all right it’s not the best, but the service is god awful! I don’t know how you can keep part of a franchise open in people still go there with the service you receive from this place! We’ve been sitting in line for about a half an hour, trying to get our food that we placed on the online app which we thought was faster, but come to find out it isn’t! We called the restaurant to see if they were busy in the person that was working said that there was no cars in line and we said there’s three because we’re in line right now they just hung up on us! Completely disgusting service definitely will never spend money at this place ever again!
It's probably the dirtiest taco bell I've been to in Wisconsin and in the top 3 in the USA. Employees go for smoke breaks during a large rush of orders, leaving people waiting longer, and only one of them actually washed their hands when they came in. Manager told one guy to go clean the lobby so he goes and washes 3 tables and goes back out to smoke..really you just had one not Even 5 Mins ago. I've been in the food business most of my life and hand washing is the most important thing a Employee needs to be doing no matter what and often as possible too. This whole group needs to be retrained on proper food handling process before ill come back..
This taco bell has great customer service, but can be backed up from time to time. The food is delicious, it can be pricey for certain items, but the deals make up for that entirely. The inside (if you go in), is a bit small, but still decent to dine in. I recommend using the app as well for preorder and rewards to be earned.
My partner and I stopped here as it's been a long time since we've had taco bell! I was so excited for the nacho fries so I ordered it! Unfortunately, the fries were soggy. I had to ask for fresh fries and the guy in the back was kind enough to fry new fries but after he slammed a few things. I also ordered a couple of burritos, and they were not rolled correctly. Definitely will not be coming back here. My stomach also felt very unease after this meal, which has not happened in awhile. Not coming back here. Not worth it!
I am so angry about the service we received that I will be calling the district manager. I want my money back as most of what we got went straight into the trash. We went there twice for a small order that they just couldn't do I guess. We ordered two tacos two cheesy roll-ups and chips with nacho cheese. We also asked for extra mild sauce. I get home my husband's tacos were not really even wrapped they were just a mess inside the wrapper. Looked more like it belonged in a bowl. It was also cold and he got zero mild sauce and zero napkins to clean the taco bowls minus the bowl up 🙄 my cheesy roll ups were ice cold and we live really really close nothing should be cold when I get home. They also tasted weird and now I don't feel well. I did get chips no cheese. I was starving as I couldn't eat the roll ups so I called to see if they could get me cheese and fresh chips to go with as mine got cold waiting for me to go back for the cheese but they take the phone off the hook during the night shift because God forbid they have to put their cigarette out to answer a phone call. So I just drove their and there was one person in front of me in line we waited for about 7 minutes for either of us to have our order taken because it was smoke break time. So screw their customers. Anyway I get home with supposedly fresh chips and cheese sauce and the cheese dip was so cold the container felt like it came out of the fridge. You could tip the container upside down and it would stay put. I had to microwave it . Out of everything I got and the 45 min. I spent outside that store tonight all I got that was somewhat edible was my chips and cheese that I had to heat up myself. This crew could not possibly care any less about you, your time, food, or money.
Love the food. Always friendly service. The only issue I have is the last two times I was there one or more items were left out. I was given gift cards for the inconvenience of having to drive back.
Mobile ordered 30 minutes in advance and waited even longer in the restaurant for a total of about an hour. Was not crazy busy in restaurant or drive thru. Staff was nice to customers but arguing in back. Food was good but hard to eat here when you mobile order and still have to wait an hour.
