Honestly kinda a shady place. Went there for the first time a few weeks ago, it was my first time going to a taco bell. But it's also a KFC. I got the KFC of course, but thats not important! The shady thing is that we saw 3 adults doing drugs in the bathroom. They were employees. And hey! It's none of my buisness, but they were making a scene. Eventually later this woman overdosed on Heroin (the fire fighter told us the substance) she had a yellow/skin color tote bag. Some guy was lying that he was the person that overdosed finance. He was lying. The cops told us this happens all the time. The cops need a warrent to search the place. Personally i wouldn't go there again. Especially because of that experience. And people are doing drugs preparing the food. (Well people do drugs all the time though honestly. I use to work at McDonalds and people vaped all the time.) Anyways. Would not go there again. (I'll update this later)

The people there are untrained, didn't know the menue and no surprise got the order wrong again. Worst taco bell I have ever been to.

I work over nights and in the morning I’m starving and I honestly don’t like breakfast food, Taco Bell is supposed to be open at 10, so why is it EVERYDAY they aren’t opening up till almost 11? I’ve asked and the only response I get is they were behind, how are you behind everyday? I’ve worked many restaurant and kitchen jobs there is no excuse to open late everyday, change your time if you can’t be open for 10 😑 also when I cal to simply ask when they will be opened since it’s all ready 15 after 10 and I get an attitude like maybe do your job and I wouldn’t have to ask 🤔

I'm not sure if soggy crunchy tacos are normal. But that's what happened to my food. The people are nice though. But I'll never eat here again

I went there one night to grab literally 2 things, i tried to go inside to look at the menu but the doors were locked so i had to go through the drive-thru, the guy asked what u wanted and asked if i could just have a second (mind you there was absolutely nobody else in line) and he says “actually i do mind you’re kinda on MY timer” and then he got super SUPER rude and sarcastic towards me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, then when i got to the window there were 3 dudes just standing there STARING. The entire thing made me so uncomfortable I’ll never go back. Completely unacceptable to let your employees be so rude

My family and I were out late because we went to a concert and were stopping to grab some taco bell on the way home as a decent snack. As soon as we got to the second item I was ordering, the person on the speaker became verbally sarcastic and condescending, which presented as rude. He used this tone throughout the encounter and it got worse as we went on. He said things in this tone of, "Oh sure!" "Oh, okay" and " Anything else sir?". If you know the tone and these phrases said in this tone, I think you have an idea of how annoying it became as it continued. It seemed like I was disturbing his evening and ordering too many items for my family. He then finished the order by saying in the same sarcastic tone, "Oh, that's OOOOONNNLLY $49.13, drive on up." I'm not sure if Taco Bell records their drive through, but it happened around 1055 pm on Friday May 20 2022. After he said that and I started to pull forward, my wife spoke up and said, "If that's how he is treating us already, I don't think I can handle him handing out food to us and whatever other comments he will sling our way." I agreed with her observation and immediately pulled out of the drive through line and left. I've never felt compelled to drive away, especially as my whole family now had to wait an additional 30 minutes (15 minutes out of our way) to grab taco bell from another establishment, but was completely worth it for the piece of mind that I preserved by not having to interact with that individual in person. My wife tried to call as we drove away to speak with a manager, she called four times before closing but the phone was never picked up. I'm sorry for ordering and leaving, but I really would not recommend coming to this Taco Bell if that person is on drive through.
