In short, nice staff, but the food was not edible and made one of us sick. We go to the other taco bells all the time ordering with the same method and never had a terrible experience such as this time. I placed an order through the Taco Bell mobile app and drove to this location to pick up the order in the drive-through. It was busy at the time, which I took into consideration while making this review. The service at the window was outstanding. They were nice and listened to our request for no ice in our drinks. Unfortunately, the food tasted like they placed dirt or spit into it. All of the food was dried out and old/expired. I kind of expected that as busy at it was the food would've been hot or fresh due to the high order traffic. I will edit the review if I ever find myself returning to this taco bell in particular and have a different experience. I hope that it's not like this all of the time. This was during evening hours around 10:00pm est.

line was long and it took a little bit per person, understandably! but I didn’t get half the toppings on my taco :( I’ll still come back because it’s one of the better Taco Bell’s. Just made me sad as a lil fat boi.

I eat a lot of Taco Bell since the whole menu can practically be made vegetarian. Loved this location! Even with a 10 car wait line, my food was made perfectly and correct to order with all the options I provided. And to top it all off I got an 8 order item in less than 5 mins. Good stuff guys!

Went through the drive-through on 8/23/23 I asked for a number one with light lettuce as you can see there’s no lettuce it felt like I was eating a sour cream taco. Ask for extra ice in my drink did not get that either.. I totally understand being short staffed but come on now this is ridiculous!! Yes I called the store three times no one picked up.

Food was good . Service was good . But the dining area floor was nasty . There was napkins on floor by the window where the leather seats were . The table wasn't wiped off where the brown leather seats were by light up sign that says open drive thru . And floor in dining area not swept to good at 9:19pm

No cheese on a cheesy melts. Line was ridiculous. If you are gonna close your drive-thru at 5 then you better have a plan for the drive-thru overflow

I don’t like being a ‘Karen’ at all but I’ve had it with this Taco Bell. Last time I was there they gave me the wrong food. Not a big deal. I had my receipt and went back through the drive through just to get it corrected. They essentially called me a liar and said I would have to pay again. Whatever. Fine. Stuff happens. But then when I pulled around to get it, Hannah dangled it in front of me and wouldn’t give it to me for a minute and sort of taunting me with it. That was about a month ago. Today, I wanted to try again. I didn’t write review about the last experience because maybe it was an off day. I ordered 6 different items for pickup from door dash. When I got there, they handed me a bag with not a single one of the items I ordered but instead 3 tacos. With the receipt of the correct food stapled to it. It’s clear they don’t care. I used to really like Taco Bell; but now I can’t even get the food I like when I pay for it.

I just left Taco Bell an hour ago waited in the line for 35 minutes finally got to my home It's not even what I ordered The taco that I ordered was soft it was supposed to have no lettuce on it so I could save it for my husband for the next day.. it was a deluxe cravings box I don't know when in the last year it went from $5 from a cravings box to a $6 craving box to tonight I paid $8.99 and it wasn't even what I asked for . At this Taco Bell I never get a receipt because the management always tells them not to hand it out. That's not even the worst part The worst part is I didn't even get when I paid for which came out to be $12.99 for five items . Two of the items won't even right whatever happened to customer service not all customers are right there's a lot of people in society that complain everyday but customer service is about appreciation It's not the managers that employ the employees it's the customers.
