Breakfast Menu "Taco Bell" Durango

I don't go to Taco Bell because it is good, I go there because it is cheap and fast. If you want to wait 45 minutes to get your "fast food" go here. literally every time I eat here it takes half an hour. Today I thought I was smart by downloading the app and making a pickup order ahead of time so I could just go inside and pick it up and leave, but what do you know, the lobby is closed. And here I am in the drive through waiting another 30 to 45 minutes to get my "fast food"

I echo all of the previous comments. Piss poor management and has been for years. Lobby is often randomly closed with no explanation. Drive thru wait times are egregious (expect to wait 5-10 min per car). Don’t bother ordering ahead of time online, you’ll still have to wait a half hour in the drive thru to pick it up. Plus, they may not have record of the order and you’ll get to file for a refund with Taco Bell customer service. Can’t blame the staff, they seem to be understaffed but working hard.

Lobby is always, randomly, closed. If you're understaffed, close the DRIVE THRU! It creates a traffic nightmare well in to the street. The staff is working hard and the food is usually really fresh. That said, I've begun driving to the Taco Bell in Cortez because it's faster to go to the next town over.

Spent TWO HOURS in line the other day as I was stuck and couldn’t get out, when I finally got up to the window and the lady didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me. “I’m sorry about that wait” every single time I have gone there the past month the line is all the way out on the street and the doors to the lobby are closed and locked so nobody can go in there and order that way. You guys need to be faster and more efficient and more friendly, it’s called customer service and if you can’t do that then get out of the restaurant industry, it’s simple.

This Taco Bell has gotten worse over the past year or so... Extremely understaffed, poor service, the lobby is always closed, and the food is of increasingly poor quality. Chips were far too salty, enough so that they made me feel a little ill! :( I'm surprised this place is open at all with all the negative reviews here. I love Taco Bell, and this is a huge disappointment. Who is running this place?? Do better!

45 minute wait total in line. So I would expect from such a wait that my food would at least be warm...not even close my burrito that consists of all things that should be warm was cold and my rice was very gritty. My volcano taco was just mushy. Also the drinks sugar balance has always been off...starry tastes like club soda and everything else is LOADED with sugar (too much in my opinion), it's never balanced... Someone needs to call corporate and handle it!

Expect to wait a LOOOONG time for your food. They could be short staffed, I'm not sure, but only the drive thru is open. Took quite a while to get through the line as well as get our food. Thankfully, the order was correct and had no issues with it being hot. The customer service was good, just very slow.

This taco bell in Durango Colorado absolutely was the slowest "fast food" experience of my life. The staff were rude. Orders were extremely slow. The only benefit was the food was at least still warm. Still a taco bell so food is what it is, but, if u are looking for fast friendly service, Avoid this location at all costs.
