My grandma loves getting to go to Taco Bell. This time, she was blown away by the fact that she could customize the Mexican pizza. She added rice and cheese sauce. She loved it. She so happy they brought the Mexican pizza back. On this visit, the food was perfect, the order was perfect. We had a great lunch thanks to the amazing ladies that were working the lunch shift on this occasion.
They now have a kiosk where you order your food. TB needs to understand that everyone is not tech savvy. Especially older people. The tacos were sloppy and poorly made.
I only ordered 2 grilled steak and cheddar burritos and 3 soft tacos no lettuce add tomatoes. My soft taco shells were so stale I couldn't even pull it apart I literally had to wrap it into one of my soft shells at the house then the steak on the burritos were so disgusting my husband couldn't even finish them they made him sick. We will NEVER come back to this taco bell worst part is it takes me 10 min to get to town to get anything 😒. Don't waste your time. Go to McCasitas.
No line, in drive-thru, but still had to wait a bit for 6 tacos and 2 drinks total. Quality of the food was excellent, top notch by TB standards. Neat, well distributed, ample ingredients make a difference and they nailed it!
Don't know bc UT was a 20 min wait to order then 15 for food and had to have exact change, when were not under the covid 19 rules anymore about change having to be exact or don't get any. That's not right and so I decided I couldn't wait bc I was already late for work and then guess what I couldn't get the he'll out bc the drive thru is only for 1 car Ata a Time and so I got stuck waiting the 35mims anyway and still never got to eat. So I'll never go to that taco bell again. Thanks
So bad, I will probably never go back. My wife had to combine 2 tacos just to make her feel she was eating one. Her mexican pizza was the worst she had ever eaten from there. Overall, very sub-par
No matter how many times I ask for 4 mild sauces and 4 hot sauces for my tacos I always manage to have ZERO in the bag. Very disappointing and always this same Taco Bell!
The screen on which I was forced to place my order was filthy, very difficult to place an order on a computer screen with all the options, no one to help a 75 year old lady with arthritis, waited a long long time for order, but the young man who prepared our quesadillas was very polite!
