Pretty horrified to find a rock in my fiesta burrito. I have never had great experiences at this location. It's been at least a year since I've been there but I was running late for work and was desperate. This time I mean it. NEVER AGAIN. Between the burnt crunchy rice and the missing or wrong items this location is a mess.

My sister and I ordered from here for takeout and were given outstanding customer service. The gentleman who took our order was well spoken he was educated with the menu and prices. Our chicken was not burnt, nor was it old. We have had horrible experiences with KFC in the past with serving us old or burnt chicken before. SO we took a big chance on this one. This guys customer service made us feel great. He was very attentive to us. He made eye contact. Smiled,his whole vibe was amazing. Restaurants are missing that. For a minute, I thought I was at chic fil a. They are the ONLY other restaurant that really treats their customers that good. It felt good to be treated that way. He didn't miss a beat with us. We even forgot to grab spoons, and he made sure we grabbed them before we left. I'm leaving this review because when we recognize good, we should say something too.

This place is a joke. I pulled in around 5:30 pm. There were 2 customers on the inside and one car ahead if me in the drive-thru. The car ahead of me was told to pull up and someone would bring their food to them. I was told to pull up as well. After a few minutes, about 5 other cars were told to park and the food would be brought out to them. No one ever brought my food I along with others that were told to park had to get out of their cars to go inside to get their orders. This location also doesn't give out receipts. Our meals should be free if a receipt isn't given. How do I know my banking information isn't being stolen? The owner of this KFC/Taco Bell needs to do better.

I'm not a fan of giving bad reviews, but I do feel that reviews can be constructive, even the bad ones. Now, the day of my visit was supposed to be a quick stop, which turned into a 20-minute wait for food that was not cooked correctly. Instead of apologizing for the wait or even letting us know, there would be a wait. I was given my food and sent on my way with no receipt in the bag. Sidenote: I decided to go inside before I received my food to see about the reason for the wait, and what I saw was a short-staffed establishment with no leader in site. Everyone was in the back working during a lunch rush. It is obvious when a business is short-staffed there is a problem at all levels. The question is who is going to step up to fix it?

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been through. Drive thru is shut down allllllll the time. When drive thru is open the service is super slow. I’ve never come here and been able to get my food at the window. You always have to pull over and wait for them to bring it to your car. And if you do go in, you have to call out to someone in the back to get someone to come to the register. I can’t even blame the workers tho, clearly a management issue.

This is the worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I waited at the drive through for ten minutes and nobody answered so I proceeded to go inside and wait another ten wi to put anyone taking my order.

It literally took me 19 mins to get food from the drive thru this evening. And then the chicken tasted of old grease. Maybe they were having a bad night? Not enough employees? Couldn't tell ya. It certainly was irritating.

My hubby stopped by for a 3 piece with mac&cheese. Well, the chicken was burnt, tasted rubber and old. He said it was like it had been re-fried twice. He was truly disappointed 😞...
