The People working here are very professional and nice. DeMarcus is great at his job, takes customer service seriously, and should be employee of the month. The food is well prepared and served.
I can't believe I just paid $10 for 3 items and the burritos are just a joke. If they were more full it's a good price but I pretty much just got ripped off for 3 tortillas. I'm definitely going to del taco from now on
This location has very fresh food and the employees are so polite! They are clear and attentive at the drive thru speaker and the lobby is always well air conditioned and clean. Dorito loco taco shells never stale. Eat here! Only reason for 4 stars becausethey forgot my chicken once in my power bowl which was disappointing after a long day at work looking forward to my food.. but that's life, food is fresh at least!
The BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to at least a hundred different locations throughout the US. The staff is so friendly, they get our excessive amount of customizations right 99.9% of the time, and they’re usually pretty quick. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this location for making my Taco Bell dreams come true.
Order was completely wrong. Ordered 4 crunchy tacos and 4 taco Supremes. Got 4 crunchy tacos and 4 potato tacos. Receipt showed I paid for 4 taco Supremes. Asked for enferno sauce and got 1 enferno and all the rest were mild. The only thing right was the drink order.
Found a short dark brown hair on my Mexican pizza…FYI my hair is light brown and long. I was on my way to work too, so it’s not as if I could go back in and get a replacement. Loss my appetite anyway, thanks Taco Bell DHS.
The staff here is wonderful! We ordered 3 Power Menu Bowls totally customed via the app on my phone. They came out absolutely GREAT!!!!! THANK DESERT HOT SPRINGS TACO BELL STAFF. John the manager is always has a smile on his face :) Keep up the great work!
Well I've been to Taco Bell in desert hot springs around four times now I would not recommend eating here taco shells are very stale just tried their new chalupa box tacos with stale must have been pre-made taco shells were falling apart before I could even eat them same thing with the chalupa ask for extra TS did not get that again either the food here is disgusting compared to any other Taco Bell I've ever been to this place needs corporate to come in and straighten this place out until that happens I will not spend another dollar there I did not even have the stomach to finish eating the food it was like three slivers of cheese on my taco couldn't even find any cheese on my chalupa even after asking for extra and paying for it what's yulupa was so soggy when I tried to lift it up out of the box to eat it basically fell apart in my hands and it was so disgusting I could not even eat it waste of $5 if I was a mystery shopper which I have done in the past but companies I would have to give this location a 0 on their rating
