The food is amazing most of the time. I love the workers, never had any problems with them. The atmosphere is perfect for me, this restaurant is somewhat old, and could use some more modern technology, but that's what I love about this place. I am a young one, but I grew up like how my parents did in the 90's. I love it.

I placed 2 orders online and when I got to the restaurant to pickup my food they were closed supposedly for maintenance. I knocked and no response. They charged my card for the food and never tried to contact me. This was at 11:45 am on Friday 9/22. The poorest service ever!

I’m never greeted there, just ignored. Glad they had the kiosks so I could at least place my order myself. Took 20 minutes to get my food. I tried to eat inside, but it was so cold in taco bell I had to go outside to warm up. According to the weather app, it was 57 degrees outside. I do not recommend This Taco Bell, it will be a few more years before I go back.

0/10 don’t recommend unless you like eating gloves. I wish this picture wasn’t what I was given for my dinner. Who knows what this even is but needless to say this food wasn’t edible and left me without dinner.

It never fails that when we order at this location something is wrong. This time we ordered a side of beans and got bean burritos, we also ordered cheese quesadillas but were given chicken. We got the quesadillas corrected but were still charged for the chicken ones. They also didn't put any of the sauce in the quesadillas so they were bland. These mistakes once in a while would be understandable but I can't remember the last time we got our order right. We might just have to wait until we're in Uvalde to have Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell takes the fast out of fast food. 20 minutes for an order during non rush times. I don’t get it.

Poor food, Service and cleanliness. Management should be ashamed....but nowadays there is no shame.

The line can be a little slow sometimes. Some of the items on the menu are good. The steak rattlesnake fries they are ok and the portion size is a little small but it is good for a snack. I was expecting it to be spicy but it is more on the mild side.
