Horrible service. The freeze machine is always down. They didn't have paper receipts to give customers. They don't inform you that you will not be getting a receipt. Due to lack of ordering. Managers' worse personalities and professionalism p out the drive thru window.. No wonder there were no cars in drive thru. I just visited because my son wanted tacos 🌮 while leaving Walmart. Every Taco Bell isn't as unpleasant as this location. But it starts from the top. As I began to read reviews, this is an ongoing problem, and management does not want the problem solved.Bad management.

The service is horrible! They apparently don’t like white women! I ordered at the drive thru; the first sign was at the speaker. She did not repeat my order and I had to repeat it (nicely) for her to add my drink. I pull up to the window and was greeted only with a hand waiting for my payment. I handed him my card and as he was processing the payment the “lady” that took my order just glared at me… I smiled at her and he handed my card back without a word. Nothing. He then handed me a drink and my food. Still, not a word. I paused a moment for a receipt. Nothing. As I drove off I looked back and he was hanging out the windows shaking his head! No worries! I won’t be back!

Friendly, helpful staff. The food was good. My first time to eat Taco Bell in several years. I like the fact that you can watch them prepare your food. This Taco Bell was on Beltline. Only thing I don't like is you have to order at a kiosk.

This Taco Bell is absolutely horrible. The employees were standing around squatted down kicked back. Having a good time chatting. The front line was covered with food particles, lettuce, cheese and all other sorts of things that should have been wiped up. It's no wonder their health rating was only 85. The lady at the drive-thru saw me come in. Looked at me and pulled a cell phone out and was talking on a cell phone. That's five. Employees doing absolutely nothing while a restaurant with an 85 health score was dirty. I called the manager this morning and he did not seem concerned and he hung up on me. Somebody needs to understand that these are not $15 employees. These are people that need to be seeking work somewhere else that may be more suitable for lazy people.

The girl at the window was nice, she spoke well, projected friendliness and seemed to have it all together. That didn’t stop them from getting my order wrong! Ah well that’s why I have learned to always check the bag before I leave the window

I asked for specific things on my spicy potato soft tacos and they keep having me repeat what I said and when they finally heard me they repeated it to me correctly. Then I got my food, opened it, and just to find they loaded up the tacos with the one thing I didn’t want on there. After they understood me they still put it on there and were staring at me the whole time I was in the drive thru. Horrible experience and horrible workers. Would never go here again

Restaurant gave my food to someone else then refused to remake it. Would love to know why at 830 at night they don’t have a member of management in store to handle escalations

My husband wanted Taco Bell for his Father's Day Dinner. We have been waiting for well over an hour at this point for our food. I've Never seen such slow service even when short staffed. Not that many other costumers ahead of us so don't understand what the problem is!!!
