The number of people that had to wait ridiculous times this afternoon was absurd. We waited 30 minutes. Other people waited longer. They were NOT slammed. Employees just weren't in a rush. Some weren't even working. One guy got a refund and bailed. It was the worst experience here ever.

This store sucks. 3rd time sitting in drive thru over 20 minutes with less than 7 cars in line each time. I drive for DoorDash and the poor time management from this store every time causes me to be late with every order I get from them and it reflects my ratings. I’m furious. I’ve currently sat at the window for over 10 minutes without talking to an employee. Wasting my time and money I could be making picking up food from functional restaurants. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

I mean. Such a waist of time and money. Be better off going to the one near priceville or the one by Decatur mall. Because this location just can never seem to get it right. Sat in line for 30 MINUTES. Was stuck in line couldn’t get out so was forced to wait. Order my food. Finally get it and almost the entire order is wrong. Got the 5$ box. First of all, not even in boxes just chucked into the bags. Got one item from the box and the rest I guess was just whatever they felt like throwing in there. And was told no lettuce and no tomatoes due to allergies and preferences, and guess what, There’s tomatoes and lettuce. It’s just a never ending game of disappointment from this location. Didn’t even wast my time to go back and get what I paid for because I’d just sit there for another 30 minutes.

If I could rate this store a 0 I would. The supervisor is literally standing around and employees aren’t doing anything. And this is a regular occurrence. I am calling corporate because this is utterly ridiculous

The food order was great and fast gave through the drive thru and correctly all there and that's why I choose to eat Taco Bell. They with the greatness of having a good menu and it tastes as good as they advertise em. Awesome job guys

I hour in drive thru and $30 later and I get a doritos taco with literally no filling. Another taco asked for no tomato cause I'm allergic, had tomato. Fiesta potatoes so hard you can't eat them.
