This had to be the single worst visit to a Taco Bell. Firstly, the person taking the order in the drive-through was not paying attention and was having a personal conversation with the other employees about her lotion. Then I pulled to the window after repeating my order 3 times, and she was applying the lotion to her lips. This employee has 2 inch long finger nails and did not wash her hands after applying personal beauty products to her mouth while on the register. They handed me the drink I ordered, and I let them know that there was no carbonation in the soda. She said "so whatchu want me to do?". I asked her if she could get me the drink from the lobby, and she argued saying that it's too far and would take too long because her drive through timer is more important to her than a drink. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her tonforget the drink. The other window employee also tried to argue with me and say that the reason the soda tasted the way it did was because "the machine was too hot". They finally brought the food over and said nothing and stared at me as they handed the food out the window. They closed the door quickly and stared at me as I checked the bag. I looked back and one girl was giving me a dirty look and the other was just staring at me. Truly incredible service from a location that was recently ordered closed by the health department from cockroaches, maggots and flies being found on premises. Keep up the awful work. I won't be back.
AWFUL tasting hard shell in my mexican pizza. tasted like they’ve been dipped in chemicals. happened twice in 5 weeks so it’s been multiple times and not fixed
Ordered from Ubers eats from this location 51 minutes before closing. Driver waited until closing and the employees told the driver to cancel the order cause they are closed. Wow.
I like the self service option to walk in and order on the screen. Our food was prepared quickly and tasted great! We left stuffed and satisfied.
This is the worst taco bell. I stand there for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while the employee finished their conversation. She told me to order off the touch screen. I was paying cash. So she ignored me while her friend who was not an employee asked her to get him something to eat. She asked what he wanted . So here I am wanting to order food and PAY FOR MY FOOD and she ignored me to make her friend some food. For free. No charge. Nobody ever came to take my order so I left. Never again. This was such a joke. Especially the woman giving out free stuff food while paying customers are walking out the door. I hope the franchise owner or GM sees this. EDIT : THIS LOCATION WAS ORDER SHUT DOWN. MAGGOTS NEAR FOOD ABD IN FOOD PREP AREA . EMPLOYEES USING RESTROOM NOT WASHING HANDS. DEAD BIRDS AND ANIMALS IN TRAPS . DO. NOT . EAT. HERE .
Im going to follow the recent trend of horrible reviews with my own bad experience tonight. Made a relatively large order online and went to pick it up in drive thru. Male on speaker said a loud “OMG!” After seeing my order (like 10 items, I’ve worked fast food and that’s not even bad). Young black man didn’t even look at me or say good evening. Simply gave me my drinks and food and remained quiet even after I loudly said THANK YOU! for every item he handed me. No response from him. I understand they work fast food and it sucks, but they should have the least human decency and reply to a person thanking you for your service. Never coming back here, especially since there is a genuine taco place not even 5 mins away from this location with cheaper prices and good food. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Oh and they messed up my order on top of everything. Missed 2 items of my order. Awesome work by them!
Customer service person used the same gloves for serving on register, on cell phone and door handle, and even put Han on trash can. This was on 5/31/2023 around noon. Did not say anything, not to embarrass the lady.
Has a doordash driver I will not pick up from this restaurant. You ask them one question about the food and they throw a fit at you they sit there and talk and talk and talk to each other and ignore every customer that comes in. My advice is do not order from this place. As a doordash driver I will no longer pick up anybody's food from here
