I had the worst experience at this Taco Bell drive thru. I had to park and ask for a refund. You can’t give me a receipt so I can get the correct order but you can give me a refund. Never will I return to this location.

Slowly service but great food and very polite employees. Table need to be cleaned at that moment. And employers taking customer parking space proof inside completely empty.

This food never comes back on me and I have a sensitive digestive system. I don't know how they pull it off. The prices are always reasonable.

I tried their bacon breakfast crunch wrap and I have to say, I was disappointed. Not only was it small it was also dry. No sauce in the wrap at all. They asked if I wanted any sauce, I requested mild. I got nothing. Smh I did however, enjoy the Mexican pizza, my first time. The tortillas are thin and crisp and the ingredients seemed fresh. I also had the bean burritos. Nice amount if beans, could have used a bit more red sauce but that's just my preference. I would recommend taco bell if yo3ure looking for fast food.

It’s pretty disappointing that this location hasn’t improved at all in the last year. I work nearby and used to come here once a week for breakfast, but the staff are so inattentive and unobservant that I can’t waste my energy in the morning just to get a treat no matter how much I might be craving it. Several times in the past I waited in the drive through for over 5 minutes before someone asked to take my order which was made online already. Today I saw the drive though getting work done, and so I walked inside to place an order. For three minutes I watched as the four staff members in the kitchen slowly placed items into bags, took them back out, and stared back at the order screen confusedly while never even once glancing at me at the counter. I really try to give customer service workers, especially minimum wage ones, a break because I’ve been in their shoes more than once even at a Dunkin’. But this level of disservice is something I’ll make every effort to avoid.

This location is known for giving out cheaper selections than what you ordered and paid for. Be careful with the grilled cheese burritos, they usually give you the cheaper burrito instead. It is theft. Also, they put so little meat in their food. They basically just give out rice burritos and it is actual theft.

I accidentally ordered through the mobile app to this location. I called to tell them that I was not in Danbury and I had sent the order to them by mistake and can they please cancel the order and refund me. They said they didn't have a way to refund me and told me to call customer service for refund. So instead I asked if they not make it then and I would pick it later in the day. They said that was ok. So I called later on in the day to let them know I was coming to get my order. The man I spoke with was not the same man I spoke to earlier. He said he would check on it and came back and said I had the wrong store. I told him I had proof of the sale on my phone and he started yelling and insisting I had the wrong store. This Taco Bell location has awful customer service. Not willing to help you at all. I called customer service and received a full refund in under 2 minutes. Don't bother with this store. Go to the Main Street location. Real nice people there.

I have always liked this Taco Bell because their service is great and I have never been disappointed But..I have ordered the Chicken grilled cheese burrito before and really enjoyed it and twice now I have tried to order it again, once in person and the other time online just to be sure they can see exactly what I order but for some reason..not once but twice..they gave me a burrito that looked like a chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito. There was no melted cheese on the top, no rice in the burrito and it had exactly everything a Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito has but just looked a little sadder. Why would I pay almost double and get something I did not order. I really do like this Taco Bell and drive 30mins every time to get it but I am not impressed with what I keep getting.
