Not sure what's happened to this place. I guess good help is hard to find these days. Not sure if the cooks can read back there or not but the majority of the orders I get are usually wrong. I usually order through the app so there is no chance of miscommunication. I went back through the drive through and reiterated what needed to be done and they still couldnt get it right... not to mention they're usually out of drinks and or cups. I had this place at a five star review but the last 4 times I've been there I've had nothing but problems... Disappointing. I'll drive out of my way to go to the Taco Bell by the Kroger on Walnut. Never had a bad experience there.

Kiosk order only; don’t like that. . Saddest looking employees. Not friendly at all. Food was very good but seems portion are smaller. Out of large cups. Ordered black coffee … left on the counter rather than tell us. Added cream to black coffee. . I’m not a happy customer 👎🏻

Ordered the breakfast sausage crunch wrap box. Add lettuce to crunch wrap. 👌large pepsi no ice, still had ice but whatever. Everything looks and tastes amazing. But I got two hashbrowns.. I did not get my cinnabon delights. So thanks, pretty sure that was not an accident.

Foods great atmospheres pretty much great but when you have two chaos‘s and ones down and no one at the register, can I make things a little bit slower. So me and my wife we got back in the truck and went to drive-through come back inside and ate the people that were in front of us were still in line.

We came into the lobby at 9:05 am. No one came to take our order for 10 minutes just look at us we waited to get the order took but no one ever came. We asked if they could take our order and no one even acted as we spoke to them completely ignored us. My boyfriend even walked behind the counter to ask for service they ignored him as I walked out to leave. So if you go in the morning just know the little girl running the drive through will not even act as your there along with the dude making the food, who clearly said as we came in “people are already in the dinning room” we are understanding people could have easily said the dinning room wasn’t open yet because they forgot to lock the door back. After we left the little girl from the drive through runs and locks the doors behind us. I will be contacting a manager today also to let them know how the customers are getting treated. It’s so easy to say the dinning room is closed I apologize. Young disrespectful people.

I went through the Drive-thru and im sure they could've Been faster when taking my order. But the food came out once I ordered it, as always the food was good! ChiliCheeseburriti+sourcream=MMMMM : ))...

Be careful buying food here. The like to charge your card double the amount your food is worth and will not fix the things they mess up. Idk when 34 dollars worth of stuff was worth 68 but sounds fishy to me.

I ordered 2 each of 3 different types of burritos and they were all wrapped the same way. It’s annoying having to guess which burrito you’re going to eat until you start eating. Just mark the wrappers or use a differently color indicating what the food is. They have a big drive thru area, which is better for bigger vehicles, unlike the other Taco Bell locations in Dalton.
