2:50am "I'm sorry but we're closed" "Oh, what time did yall close?" "3am" "But it's not 3am?" "I SAID WE'RE CLOSED!" I've seen a trend of laziness and horrible service from this location in the past few months. They're hateful. Always get your order wrong, even if you're asking for things to be left off of your item. Also, the parking lot reeks of weed. I won't be going back here. Used to be my favorite spot to sit at for lunch.

They need to fix the speaker on drive thru menu board when they talk to you it's static sounding and breaking up can't understand what they're saying. The girl at the window said they fixed it a few times and it's still messing up.

So I am WARNING all who goes to this location. We went here to have a decent meal, ordered our food and was almost pleased until we noticed that we had received an upcharge to our credit card with out asking us. In no way did I AUTHORIZE the girl at the register to charge my card extra. Her name is pictured on the receipt I am posting with this review. If I am not mistaken that's called MISDEMEANOR theft. My girlfriend called and asked for the charge to be put back on the card and they got very nasty with her. Made us go back through the drive thru which took almost 30 minutes. Then I think the manager, she had greenish blue hair the night of 06/24/23 and gave me the upcharge in change. I asked her to credit it back to my card and she said I just gave you back your change, have a good night and walked away from the window. I will be following up with Corporate.

It's ok for food on the run, but even if you order a burrito with no cheese , they seem to always put cheese and so you'll end up one that's suppose to be plain, now with cheese and you can keep that on because they're not going to take it back, or you have the option to give it to someone or trash it. Now they going to make you a plain one and you basically end up two. This taco bell business can be a liability for lactose intolerant ...lol. enjoy your taco and don't forget to run to the border...

My drink didn't have any carbonation in it, so ask to replace it this was at drive thru, she handed me another.. Same thing, so I ask could I just come in and get my own out of the lobby machine, she said no the lobby is closed. So I said well will you get me a drink out of that machine since this one isn't drinkable So now I end up with a third drink that I couldn't drink it was worse than the first two. I ended up with decent food 11pm at night had just gotten off long day of work, so tired just wanted to eat and go home now I dont have a drink even though I paid for one.

I would absolutely give no stars, I just ordered from this store thru door dash and I get my food and the soft taco is not wrapped completely, the meat was out of it and had made a hole in the bag, my food is no where near hot, and quite frankly I find it very disgusting!!! Very nasty!

I am a trucker. I rely on DoorDash from time to time to deliver me my order. Today I ordered from this location. You would think you should be able to expect the same taste and quality from any Taco Bell location, right? Not only did they manage to take a recipe and create their own concoction, but according to my DoorDash driver, the people behind the counter were extremely impolite to her. Never again will I spend my money here. Recommendations: Buy food from somewhere else.
