Take out was ridiculous. 25 minute wait for 3 items with 3 other customers in the store. We were ignored until the entire drive thru was taken care of, no apologies for the wait was given. Burritos were falling apart with contents oozing out of the sides
After many visits to this Taco Bell over a period of several years, my partner and I both agree that this is the best Taco Bell we’ve ever been to. Their food is consistently good, always piping hot and genuine care put into making it. Their customer service is always so friendly and helpful and the staff are knowledgeable. This is where we take people who have never had Taco Bell before to make sure they get the best experience.
A place for a quick meal. Good that I found some vegetarian options as well! This place better than other Taco Bell locations as I it wasn’t that long in waiting in the drive through. Once, at another location I had waited 50 minutes in the line with only 4-5 cars in front of me.
Very frustrating!! So we order a large box of tacos all without cheese, we open it up and every taco is a shell with a tiny bit meat inside and nothing else. Also with the tacos we ordered they Steak Power Bowl. This usually lasts me 3 meals. This time it was more than half empty! On top of that it’s completely missing the lettuce and there’s hardly any rice (there were more beans than rice). You can see the bottom of the dish in the corner from the photos taken before I started eating. I was so irritated to have spent THAT much on hardly any food, and all of it made wrong at that!!! What a waste. And the service has been slowly getting worse. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up the food. Not likely coming back to this one.
This is one of the best taco bell in the area. They make excellent items and it's correct. They care about how the food comes out. No complaints from me.
I’d give it a zero if I could. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I waited in the drive thru for I kid u not 27 minutes!! And that was AFTER I ordered my food. It came to the point where me and everyone else behind me backed up and left without our food. Idk what happened to this location. But I surely will never return.
I have too many bad experiences. Tonight I ordered a veggie power bowl and it didn't have any beans. It was a rice salad lol. I can understand an honest mistake, but it's always something between this location and Rocky Hill. They dont communicate if they are out of something. When you order chips and cheese, they don't fill the bag or container. You're lucky to get 3 full chips and 1/3 the cheese. I just don't understand. Taco Bell was always so good in the 90s and 2000s. It's simply not worth the 10+ bucks. At least the staff are nice.
Placed an order online. Took 40 minutes for it to be ready. That's right, 40 minutes! Never again! The staff was polite and working hard, so that leads me to think that there is a management issue at this location.
