We came in at a “off busy time” and there was only 3 groups of people in the store. It still took them over a half hour to get our food along with everyone else in the store. We all went up and asked about it at the 20 minute mark and asked about the food. They said they are working on it and sorry, but they have some big orders coming through. They never even gave us our cups until we asked. Throughout this whole thing they had about 3 new employees come in and rather then clocking in to help they just hung out in the back. When we finally got our order they were missing items, some of the food cold, some was burnt, and some had only 2 pieces of chicken on it instead of filling it up correctly. When I went back up to ask for the missing item the guy made my burrito with gloves he was wearing when he took money from the person in front of me. So unsanitary. Also, most of the tables were dirty in the building. Everyone was frustrated costumers and employees, but the employees did nothing to compensate. No coupons, no genuine sorrys. I’ve worked fast food and I’ve worked retail and understand things happen, but there is a certain standard and this was not up to it. I’m soooooo disappointed.

We ordered 2 Soft Taco Party Packs and 1 Crunchy Taco Party Pack and they literally had half of the fillings they should have had in them. The ONLY reason they are getting 3 stars is because the manager Eric was so kind and respectful when I called to let them know how disappointed I was. He explained how he had received multiple complaints on this issue and was extremely apologetic - even offering to remake our food or give a us full refund. When we went back later in the evening his only other employee ended up leaving while we were there leaving him BY HIMSELF. He had a full drive thru and dining room line. Kudos to you Sir for hanging in there and doing what you could to make it right. I hope you get recognized for being a great employee Eric!!

Taco Bell in Crawfordsville, Indiana Upon entering, I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. Finally an employee took three steps away from the drive up window and informed me that orders were taken only at the kiosk. Yet, the front counter has all the equipment in place to take orders. (Signage would have been useful) The four employees disappeared into the back of the store after my order was completed. They should have been cleaning, as the dining area, food preparation area, and restrooms were in significant nethan ed of cleaning. My soft taco contained a lot less ground beef than other locations.

Worst taco bell ever , burrito supreme and a crunch wrap. Wasted money.

Has gotten food orders wrong on two separate occasions and this last time gave tacos that were somehow soaked completely, like they were premade, refrigerated, and then microwaved until the meat softened the taco shell completely and made the tacos fall apart without making the meat very warm. They at least gave the food that they forgot to add to the bag when we circled back without trying to argue, but I didn't feel like it was safe to eat the tacos. I assumed they were short staffed but there were three staff members by the window.

They were out of blue raspberry frozen drink and didn't have any indication until after I ordered and was receiving my food. The nacho fries were additionally underwhelming. The workers seemed annoyed to be serving us, though they didn't say or do anything overtly rude. Every seat was wooden. Every. Single. One. It was not comfortable to sit down. It may have just been unfortunate timing, but the restroom also had no toilet paper whatsoever. We were the only customers in the store, so they definitely had the time to check the restroom at some point to make sure, but they didnt.

This location is always out of something and never tells you until you've already paid and are waiting at the window. 7/10 times I'm missing something from my order and have to pull back around to get it corrected. Management is usually very unenthusiastic and rude.

It was windy out and they were have trouble hearing the order at the drive thru. Had to pull forward to place my order. They were very apologetic for all the trouble they were having. They doubled the beans in my bean burrito, I added pizza sauce, which was not necessary. It was huge. They remembered to give me napkins, which were all crumbled up but they forgot the fork. They were trying. The food was excellent.
