I went about 4 pm the customer service was definitely 5star. So was the quality of food. BRYCE was the nicest young man who took my order and he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Thank you Bryce and the manager Shay was very nice and helpful too. I hope they stay at that Taco Bell for a long time.

Ordered Doordarsh at 945 am. They are suppose to take breakfast until 11am. It wasn't until the dasher had been standing there not being assisted after 10 mins at 10:05 did they tell her that they don't have breakfast. Another time I went the coffee machine was broken. Another time I went I waited about 20mins for my order and they didn't get it right. I went back for my drink no one looked up my ticket to see what I had was handed a cup only to give it back to them as the berry blast freeze is kept behind the counter and when they handed it to me I politely asked for the large I paid for and the person assisting told someone else to do it as she was busy doing something. Service needs to be better. I attempted to not let one instance affect the experience but this is now 3 different attempts that all ended poorly for me.

I eat taco bell all the time I've worked there and kno they have a button for side plain potatoes & since they discontinued the fries that's all my 2 year old will eat this is the only taco bell location that tells me no they can't & trys to charge me 3$ for a plain one it's been the same manager twice. Like come on lady it's not coming out of your pocket 😒

The guy at the window didn’t listen. I know he heard what I said because he huffed and puffed when I had to ask him to start the order over he didn’t listen to in the first place. Food was fine though.

Every night after 11:30/12, they will say their system is down, usually if you inform them that you have placed the order on the app they tell you to pull forward to get your food, coincidental, right? Tonight I placed my order per usual, on the app, they said the system was down, I said okay, I have an app order do you need me to cancel it, he said yeah, so I said, it’s already confirmed so how do I do so? He said I don’t know, to which I said, you don’t know, neither do I, do you have a manager available who can inform me on how to get my money back. He went quiet, and then suddenly my food was ready for pickup. Pulled out of the drive thru to see him walking back outside to get into this truck with the doors open. The car in the middle is also an employee vehicle. All employees were hanging out in their cars, now I see why their system was “down”.

Was starving and it was there. Food was great. Service a little slow but they were extremely busy. Overall it's a winner

Id give zero stars but that's not an option employees won't do their job just like every other fast food place

I had ordered a chicken quesadilla and I was missing a quarter of it!! This is ridiculous. How do they forget a quarter of it! It was good but make sure to check your food before you leave here. It's unreliable
