I just took my daughter out for lunch as a Sunday afternoon treat. We placed our order online to earn reward points. Order was correct. However, The person working the drive thru was probably the rudest customer service interaction that I’ve had. Shame on them for setting that example in front of my kiddo. I understand that people can have bad days, but you don’t bring that to work.

Drive thru. Omg! So awful! The lady took forever to take our order. When she finally got around to us, she was so rude! I clearly stated what I wanted to order, she was acting like she didn't know what I was talking about. I repeated my order 3xs and when I asked for a "chalupa box" she told me it wasn't on the menu. I mean if the company you work for has it posted, I'm sure it's offered. She dropped the f bomb on me and my mom. In the end, her manager took our order. Taco bell.....hire people who actually have the ears and the patience! Sheesh! Not eating there ever again!

Can't believe the changes in food from previous years before Covid. Our hard shell tacos were not good, couldn't eat them. Miss the old food before covid. Their service was good though, the workers are very nice..

Staff here is frustrated and I don’t blame them. Understaffed, the mobile app is giving them grief (do not use until corporate gets it fixed!), and the customers are coming so fast, they can’t catch up or keep up. The inside was a disaster area. The mobile app overcharged us by nearly twice as much. Good luck.

We sat in the drive- thru 10 minutes after they opened. We were ignored, so we went to the window called out to the gentleman who was standing near window he looked at us and then continued to ignore me. I gave it a minute called out to him agian, and he walked away to the back. Not worth it went to durango's Taco Bell.

They have trouble keeping popular items, which is disappointing. Today, the meat in the tacos was down 50 percent in volume, sour cream was also down in volume. This was true for all of the tacos we got today. Drive-thru times have increased dramatically. All-in-all, very disappointing!

I hat a toco and burrito cravings pac And my tocos had like nothing on them and I didn’t get one of my 5 layer burrito

staff was super nice and the food was some of the best taco bell i’ve ever had
