Man, this place was just disappointing. Nevermind the lack of any customer service, the food was just gross. I know I know, its fast food but this was just down right not good. I wish I had grabbed more pictures, but only got one of the potatoes. Yes that is what was given. Rest of food wasn't even edible. And the people working? What a joke. Rude. Just arrogant for no reason. And on top of ALL that, the resturant was filthy.

It's Taco Bell. Some days, you crave it and it's hands down 5 stars. Hours later, it leaves you running for the toilet and you think about changing it to a 1 star rating. This location did forget some of the customization my son ordered, but the kid ate so fast, he didn't notice until he was done. Place was totally empty which was nice and appeared clean. It's Taco Bell. If you've never been and need reviews to decide whether or not to go, then go. Everyone needs at least one Taco Bell experience!

Really bad service it feels like the Tacobell is getting worse for vegetarians. If we say no mean sub beans we always end up getting stupid beef. Also, every order has beef or Mexican pizza toastada is nasty taste.

I love taco Bell but how hard is it to make a Taco. Ordered drive through and this is what I got. Was pretty much emptied at the bottom of the bag. Staff didn't have a clue. The quality of food was shocking. Drink was flat. Sort your evening/night staff out here

Kids that work there were playing around more than they were making the food, and they got my order wrong. Still... Not the worst experience I've ever had with fast food but I've definitely had better

My experience was extremely disappointing at Taco Bell in Cornelius, NC. The “manager's” behavior was beyond unacceptable. Not only did they dismiss our clear mobile order instructions, but they also used an offensive excuse, suggesting that the drive-thru cashier's behavior should be excused due to their autism. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, our entire order was completely wrong, and instead of getting the missing items, we received random, seemingly arbitrary replacements. It's clear that there was a significant breakdown in communication and service quality at this Taco Bell location. I would strongly advise that this particular establishment receives intensive and thorough training or retraining to properly address these issues and provide a more respectful and accurate service.

I always order on the app so I can customize-like add black beans to a burrito. But where did the option for 'make it grilled' go?! I hate soggy doughy burritos. Grilled was gamechanger! The dollar slushies & drinks from 3-5 are the best deal. They often forget extras, so check your bag. This TB is pretty consistent and good tho.

Ordered last night from Uber eats did not get my drink food was old was missing 3 taco’s horrible. This from Uber eats tonight 3/16/23 no cheese
