All lettuce they need to charge lower price lettuce ain't that expensive
Workers were generally rude, refused to serve us inside after waiting 10 minutes in their lobby, in spite of the doors being unlocked and there being no indication that the store was closed. After we agreed to go through the drive thru we were made to hold for an excessive amount of time, it was genuinely 15 minutes before we were even allowed to order, they were out of most things, and incredibly impatient with us while trying to order.
When you walk in and stand at the order counter they yell at you to order on the kiosk. The 7 employees are standing around the kitchen laughing and talking about whatever. The wait for the food is ridiculous. I'm didn't want to have to spend an hour in TacoBell today. Do not even bother to reply some pathetic message to this post about how this isn't your usual service etc. I live here, I know this is typical.
Absolutely the worst service ever I have been a resident of cordele for over 5 years and I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK TO WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS LOCATION. I ORDERED AT 6:42 PM AND ITS NOW 8:30 P.M AND I AM JUST NOW LEAVING AFTER BEING TOLD IT WASNT THERE PROBLEM BECAUSE I HAD A MESSED UP ORDER AND I SPENT 65 dollars in there tonight. If I could have I would have put a negative 25 as my rating this is horrible cordele we have to tighten up and fix this
My food is always hot. The service is good and the staff is always helpful to me. They included a free taco coupon in my bag for mobile ordering and the food was great!
I ordered and door dash was bring me my 40.00 order and the driver took my food hom or something said they took it back to store by no so door dash refunded my money to taco bell and door dash tried calling Taco Bell no answer and then I tried calling for 4 days been on hold for about 7hrs total with no one picking up 40.00 dollar less no food and no body talking to me Taco bell don't care about there customer service at all
Ordered 4 tacos, 1 Gordita crunch and a beefy five layer burrito. Drove to our home 20 minutes outside of Cordele. just to fine that they shorted us the two plain tacos, and decided 2 sauces was sufficient yet charged us almost 18 dollars to get it wrong and we were the only car in line. Honestly pathetic it’s not rocket science
Pathetic service! They care about drive through and no one come and ask your order if you plan to dine in. I have ordered 30 mins ago and food is still not coming. Worst Tacobell service. Staffs are fighting with each other.
