Put a mobile order in, went through the drive through and got the order from a nice lady at the window. We pulled around to inspect the bag and had to go back in for missing a whole cravings box. The cook came out to argue that he knew he put it in there. We said to look through the bag but it wasn't there. The two folks cooking have horrible attitudes. The younger drive through lady was very helpful.

Would not advise ever trying to order from this location through any delivery app. They constantly allow the delivery people to drive all the way to the location before canceling the order 5 minutes past when it was due to ARRIVE! This has not been just a recent issue as I’ve experienced it multiple times for the past two years and it’s very frustrating. Unsurprisingly if you go there two separate weeks you’re bound to see new people as they cannot keep employees. My advice is to drive there to get food through the drive through as the food is still decent but try to avoid ordering online.

The drive thur is on time and the customer service was amazing as well. Never eating in seneca again One thing is they have gotten way to $$$ it shouldn't be cheaper to seat down at a mexican resturant and get more food then to eat here. They have forgotten the people that made them big on a good cheap menu

Went through drive thru. Always get nachos and cinnamon twists. 😋 always have had fast friendly service

order was19.37 gave them 20 dollar bill and 37 cent 1 quarter 1 dime and 2 pennies, got back 90cent, told them they owed me a dollar and gave them back the change and was told I needed to come in to fix the 10cent they did not count when handed the change. They still owe me a dollar. Its a shame that young people can't count these days without the help of computers.

They should not be allowed to stop dashers from picking up orders before the restaurant closes. Your operating hours are clearly posted and should not be deviated from just because your lazy and don't feel like doing the job you applied for. I have had this issue many times and I am really surprised the owner of this location has not stepped in to keep up their restaurants standards.

Bad service and they messed up on our order like eight times couldn't get Crunchwrap right. The sad thing of it is that is the only one in Anderson the other ones like 8 miles to 10 miles away from Anderson it really is not fair they should put another one near Walmart on Liberty Highway cuz I guarantee I'll keep them in business I love Taco Bell.. I can live on Taco Bell when I was homeless I ate there everyday I had money to eat there but not enough money to get an apartment haha. That Taco Bell kept me full and I never went hungry it's the best place to eat and they never judge you when you come in I think that's all Taco Bells restaurants..

We dropped in at a slower time, so we were only ones inside...drive through stays busy, so we used the console to order..food was several minutes coming as drive thru was busy...that was ok... Never had a bad meal here so Normal from me means very good food... In High School, I was working at the FIRST Taco Bell on t h e East coast...menu has changed a lot since then
