2.29 for 10 chips and less than 15cc cheddar cheese for an order of “Chips N Cheddar” 3 chips were all that are necessary when less than 1/2 of a small plastic condiment container is your order. If this is corporate greed, shame on you. If this is poor management, I’d get to finding out the problem. Other Mexican eating establishments would not send food out like this. Sad

When there’s only a few large tables and they’re each taken by one single employee, have enough awareness to allow a family of 6 to sit down. After we sat down at the bar, the two worker’s closest to us proceeded to have a conversation packed full of profanity, right in front of us and other customers. Thankfully, my kids didn’t hear them or at least didn’t notice. Food was slow coming out. Quality was up to par for Taco Bell. Frustrating nonetheless.

Please don’t stand the pizza up in the bag or if you do please hand it to me correctly so my pizza toppings stay on. I asked and paid for sour cream but got none on anything I ordered it on.

I had an excellent experience. Late night options are limited and I was hungry. I did not expect the nicest staff to go above and beyond for me. I jumped on the new promo, The Volcano box and can confirm that it is in fact 🔥🔥🔥 This has got to be the nicest one in the franchise. 10/10 recommended

I understand that they are short-handed (as are many businesses), but they should attempt to be courteous to customers. Many of us of a certain age, don't really want to use the kiosk, so please, at least be friendly. Don't take your frustration out on me (and others) who are about to spend money in your establishment.

I tried to go through to order my dinner with family ordered no meat that’s it they gave me on my five layer was beans and sour cream all my stuff besides my Chalupa was cold and my drink was watered down definitely would not recommend this place anytime in the afternoon smh just a disappointment doesn’t Even look appetizing

We arrived at 9 after playing ball, hoping to get a quick bite to eat. We ordered thru the kiosk because nobody was at the counter. After about 10 minutes, I went to the counter to ask for cups so we could at least get our drinks. The guy who I assume was the manager apologized for the wait and "explained" that they were short staffed, they had a no call no show, it was a crazy day, and that he was about over it and couldn't wait to go home. There was one guy and one girl actually working. The "manager" was too busy walking around and complaining. Oh! When his buddy came in, he started tossing cups back and forth with him. My husband almost got up to say something but didn't think it was worth it. It took 20 minutes for us to get our food, and there was only one dine in order ahead of us. Once we got our food, the order was correct and tasted fine.

Pulled up at 8AM, and was told they aren't open yet. They said this 3 times, and I'm here looking around confused because it clearly says open 8AM on the sign and the site. Someone else finally chimes in the say their eggs aren't ready yet so they aren't open. I wasn't planning on ordering eggs... thx yall. Not so suprised though this is just what I've come to expect from chickasha.
