To be completely honest the staff is always pleasant, but it’s really a gamble on whether or not the food is going to be decent. Sometimes it is, sometimes it is not. We were excited to try the new shredded beef grilled cheese taco and it was nothing like what’s pictured on the website, very little meat and the cheese was just stuck in the outside of the shell.. Also nothing beats a quesadilla with unmelted cheese! :/
Was there between 4:15-4:45 pm 9-12 and I wish I got the employees names but they were amazing! Such fun people and made sure everything was in the bag and of course the most important part… I got my sauce!
The only thing that sucked about this experience was it was 9:00 P.M. and I swear everyone in Cheyenne had the same idea to go to Taco Bell! Other than that the lady was extremely friendly the food was made right for the most part! I will definitely be coming back to this one.
I've never had a particularly terrible experience here. I eat here fairly frequently and of course (like most big chains) they occasionally forget a customization or something small like that but I've never been missing items and sometimes the taco shells are cracked. Overall, it's typically consistent and decent but nothing awe inspiring, it is Taco Bell after all. The employees are always very friendly and pleasant. The Doritos Locos Supremes and Cheesy Gordita Crunch are my go to's. I really enjoyed the Volcano Burrito too, hope they bring it back soon.
Service was good, it took a while to get my order but other than that I have never had anything I didn't like. I am for sure a bug fan of the 5 dollar cravings box now, first time having it and I will be getting it more often!
Lady at drive through at 9:20 am on sept 25th 2023 says she does not have my order I placed but what bothers me is how rude she is, then magically the order is found but now back of the line at drive through and then was rude and said same thing but delivery app shows otherwise including support called them and they confirmed but lied to me
We were missing some items in our order. They replaced them for us. I noticed they have reduced the sizes again. Some items were less than half of what we had in the past and some had nearly nothing on the shells. And yet the price continues to go up. Even though the employees are told how much to put on each item we know it is not their fault. It is management and higher up who makes the decisions so I will never go back. I noticed other posters have placed pictures online showing the portion size is extremely low. That is about what happened to us. Burned once we will never return.
Out of the five things I ordered only one was correct and I used the kiosk to make sure that the order was written correctly. it wasn't even that it was busy. Next time I decide to try taco bell again I will go to the other one and see if they are any better. I wasn't the only one that received the wrong food a guy came in from the drive thru with the same problem. This part is my personal opinion but the ability to read should be mandatory for someone who is supposed to be making someone's order.
