Food is always hot. Good customer service. Order the steak anything it’s way better then the beef options. The steak options can get a little pricey for fast food. Also try the watermelon slushy. It was delicious and only a dollar during their happy hour. Solid go to fast food spot.
Why is this Taco bell so horrible at making correct orders for Uber eats? No order has ever came with a drink...the manager really needs to get this place in order or seriously find a different job because dam...this is Taco Bell....not exactly a hard job!!!! Do your job right or don't do it at all.....
Don’t even waste your time at this location, it’s always worth the further drive to go somewhere else. We always end up going to a different location because EVERY SINGLE time we come to this location they either have an attitude, get our order wrong, completely forget half of our order or aren’t even open during their posted hours. We all make mistakes and it happens from time to time but 10/10 times they will mess something up and try to blame you. They get mad if you order on the app, they get mad if you order at the drive thru and they get mad if you order inside. Can’t wait to see this location get shut down because of awful management.
Food was fine everything thrown into 2 bags even though it was a order for 6 people. Employee seemed miserable and were complaining about the size of the order. Sat down and waited for order to after a while looked and my order was behind the counter and I was never notified it was done. Taco Bell usually has great friendly atmosphere but not this one!
The manager is amazing with the staff and customers. Listened to him lead his team in a respectful and polite manor. On top he made sure while making our order it was correct by asking us questions. Today is 5/21/23 at 645PM because I didn’t catch his name. Someone give this man a raise and promotion because if I owned a business I would steal him.
Never get my order right. Not once. The food is usually cold and you can tell no one wants to be there. Swore this place off, although in the beginning they were amazing I hope they get it together again.
Got my food. Correctly. They left out a water bottle but, Thankfully, I went back to get it. Took 40-50 minutes to get my food. Ordered at 1:48pm, got food at 2:15. There was one lady who dealt with thr customers, professionally. She had curly brown hair and did her best to get the time moving, which is the only reason I'm not giving 1 star.
Definitely not the best Taco Bell but not so horrible that I’ll never go again. No matter what method I use for ordering they always seem to get something wrong, the inside of the building isn’t that clean, and the food is seemingly a lower quality than others in the area. They are the closest to me, though, so it’s usually my go-to.
